Heya! What would NovMo be without Kay showing up on some random moment?

Who knows, it haven't happened yet and it's definitely not going to happen this time, because I have quite a few stories to tell and quite a few mysteries old crows want you to know about your fate.

This year, my goal is a bit messier then just "write [amount] of words" or "get to [act/part]" - after all, someone has to be the dramatic crow who just has to do it overcomplicated...Who could it possibly be?. If you haven't noticed in that nice little graphic I had mental breakdown over (it's all Canva's fault), I'm going to work on various projects this year! No it's definitely not because I just couldn't choose one, shhhhh.

The Main Project TM is reason why this year's Camp will have name Campfire Stories for me. This year is a year when part of my story will be told - with a bit of magical realism and murder mystery. And whole bunch of scout inside jokes.
Spoiler
Last year's scout camp was an interesting (and adventurous, and emotional, and great, and so many other thing) experience and thanks for that, because now I can go back to my old journal from that time which I haven't opened since last day of camp. I also had opportunity to have my patrol's chronicle for a while which means, that air do have a bunch of different insights on how did it went. And so I thought that it would be cool to take all this stuff and rewrite whole camp journal, entry by entry, into a novel form. Of course, I will be changing names of places and people and details relevant to plot, but mostly I just want to tell story of craziest scout camp in my life.

My side projects for this Camp are translation of Clockwheel Cities and rewriting of Ghostmatist - both projects are already published on YWS!

This Camp's goals are:
- rewrite first five days of entires into first five chapters of book
- finish translating second chapter and a half of third chapter of Clockwheel Cities
- rewrite first chapter of Ghostmatist
- write first draft of second chapter for Ghostmatist
- comment on people's threads! ✓
- earn some shiny badges for my collection! :3 ✓

Of course @Snoink! (You were faster then me updating the post with info <.<)
This Camp, I'll mostly go back to my scout patrol's chronicle and my journal from last years scout camp - there was a lot of cool stuff going on there and I realised that with few changes (sparkle of ficition and mystery) it could make a pretty cool story! And as side projects I have translating my steampunk project Clockwheel Cities and rewriting The Ghostmatist (both of those stories are on YWS, but they need some work and this is time for it!)

Cool concept Crow!! I love the idea of immortalizing such a cool experience into novel form (and I'm assuming adding in the magical realism and murder mystery for some added novel flair) :)

@Carlito Thank you!! I really can’t wait to mix everything together, because let’s be honest: I was on three scout camps and every single time there were times then we thought that there has to be something weird going on, so magical realism’s not gonna be problem…and murders were always part of lives of crows XD (my scout group has nickname Crows)
