In the distant future of 3092, technology has reached unprecedented heights, and society flourishes under a global government dedicated to maintaining peace. At least, that’s what the public is told.
But beneath this era of supposed prosperity lies a dark truth—one built on blood.
For decades, the government has ensured security by imprisoning a specific kind of “threat”: those born from the union of Bombay and Rh-null blood carriers. When these two rare blood types combined, they created something new—something feared. The result was the RB- blood type, a genetic anomaly that gave rise to children with unnatural abilities. The government called it the Genetic Apocalypse.
Discovered in 3068, these RB- children exhibited an insatiable bloodlust—one that, if not willingly fed, would take control of their bodies, forcing them to kill. Their victims’ remains were left enchanted by the monstrous energy within them, a chilling testament to the curse they carried.
At first, the government attempted to erase the bloodline entirely, launching a brutal purge. Those with Bombay, Rh-null, or RB- blood were publicly executed in an attempt to assure the people they were safe. But the mass killings sparked outrage, forcing the government to change tactics. Instead of extermination, they built a vast containment facility—a domed prison hidden within the western sector of Aestarea, the secondary capital.
For years, it stood as a monument to control, a cage for those deemed unworthy of freedom.
Until the uprising.
When the facility was raided in a desperate attempt to liberate the captives, nearly everyone was slaughtered in the chaos. Only fifteen made it out alive.
Twelve of them would become known as The Generals of Death.
And the world would never be the same.

So this power system is unique. I have 12 templates of powers for the generals of death. Since some people enjoyed having powers given and some enjoyed making them, then I thought I'd find a middle ground.
In our system I'll give you a blank slate of the power and you're free to create the actual magic and what it does behind it, or have me give you a description of what it does. However, to ensure that no one is too op, you'll have to run the way the power works through me. To get you guys excited, here are some examples of powers! (They may not make sense now, but if this is made a RP then they will ;> )

4. Cremation (I just like adding 'ations' but it just means being burned to death)
5. Assassination
6. Disease/plague
