He could, but I don't think he'd willingly give it up yet. I think I could potentially render it not very useful if Vader's presence especially clouded the cathedral. That and then the intentional deception of the atoans would be enough to counteract it. I think he'd hang onto it for the moment if he has the choice.

it is totally up to you and how much time you want to put into them. Sirejj is basically going to show up, play the part of a knowledge seeker and attempt to learn from them, but he might get rough if they don't comply. But he'll have to tread lightly if he wants to see through their thoughts or discover where Saro's resting place is, if it still exists and wasn't lost in the purge.

He believes they hold great secrets about magic and such there. He's been going from different worlds searching for that since dathomir was destroyed. some of that shows up in this bloody massive thing I'm writing that was supposed to just be a singular scene.

I'll give them some background, then.

Just finished it. You write action really really well!! And the suspense is awesome; excellent background.
You also answered a question I had about how his staff attaches to his back.

thanks! I definitely enjoy action scenes so tend to write them fairly often. Sirejj is also kind of a savage so he's really fun to write in fight scenes.

And yeah, I kind of avoided it but figured I'd just have to make something up at some point. Magnet it is.

Tomorrow is my longest day. I'm surgery nurse pretty much whenever my doc is working and we can't have phones on us obviously. And I work Saturday. Getting off early to go see Lord of the Rings in theaters though!!!!

any interesting descriptions of the Carrion I should know of? there's not a lot of info out there. when they arrive at the plateau do you get there on foot or are we landing a ship?

They'd have stopped at another Tarkin compound fir supplies, then left on speeders that they'd leave at a designated spot.

The Carrion is pretty much a vast jungle with some gorgeous lakes scattered around it. It's up on a massive plateau, and it's full of incredibly dangerous plants and animals. Think of the jungle surrounding Paradise Falls in the movie Up, but imagine all of that is on the actual plateau.
