and once all powers are posted, you are all free to choose different powers. the breakdowns are also open to discussion and are more of a foundation than an end all be all
Powers have been updated!! I sent a newsletter about it and some more~
A quick note: I have removed Fallout as a power as it didn't have a clear identity by itself, felt too similar to Pheromones. Removing that power also reduces the amount of powers down to ten, which is a nice round number.
@Omni no don't be sorry at all! I get it!! Trust me its fine haha. I can find a way to rework them (i had accidentally submitted a character way too early so i'm sorry about that!)
Can I know what powers are available so far? I don't know if there's any powers that are limited. Basically what's up for the taking haha
All --> while you're creating your character, some notes about Quarantine: This happened in the middle of the evening, close to dusk, in April, so around Spring Time. Quarantine happened quickly; within the span of a few hours, by midnight, the Quarantine zone had been constructed and Harbingers identified and kept in the zone. While FEDRA was not completely brutal, if there was any resistance, things turned south.
