I encourage shenanigannery and silliness, but also this is very much a real-world setting, and all sources of conflict will mostly be workplace drama. Things can get more ridiculous as things go on, of course, but there will be no magic and no sci-fi elements. People in real life can be very quite silly. We have a lot to work with within the realm of what is believable, lol.
If you want to draft anyone else's characters into drama (if it affects their character), talk about it here to make sure we're all on the same page and cool w/it!
But most importantly: have fun!!!!
Also, it's probably pretty obvious, but all characters for this have to be at least of working age to have been invited to this party unless you want to do the exception of being the kid whose parent brought them (unwillingly) to this function.
