Zeda took a deep breath. "WHY WOULD YOU EVER MAKE THAT?"

Dima rolled her eyes. Zeda.

He turned back around. "What?"

Keep screaming, and I will knock you out.

"Its easier than killing unwanted pests one by one. You try killing a Varxian Dragonfly colony one by one."

Zeda glared at Dima. Dima carefully stepped in front of Lissa so she couldn't see her to return it. The two of them stared at each other before Zeda finally huffed.

"Fine. You win."

Dima nodded and crossed her arms, stepping away so she wasn't blocking Lissa.

"Not a competition kiddo. We're all trying to survive a bad situation."

"I wasn't talking to you!"

Dima sighed.

"What? I'm only making sure they can hear me."

"Apologies."

"My sister speaks directly to your mind. Your minds are out of range, so you get half of the conversation."

"Well if she gives us permission we can reach out."

Dima looked up. What?

"She's asking what you mean by that."

"We can access her mind if she's okay with that. Would be rude to pop into someone's head without permission."

Dima hummed. As long as you're careful.

"She said as long as you're careful! Like, don't accidentally bump into anything you shouldn't touch."

"Are those clearly marked or subjective?"

Dima sighed. Do you promise not to touch my hippocampus, my amygdala, any part of the brain responsible for emotions or memories?

Zeda blinked. "Uhh, do you promise to just hover over her mind and send your messages down?"

"We can send a message to hover in her mind. Not entirely sure what you mean by us hovering over her mind."

"How does you sending a message help you hear her?"
