(That’s super admirable! I really respect your ability to have boundaries lol I’m a grown ass adult with an hourly job and no excuse and still don’t manage to sleep enough — and my habits in undergrad were absolutely shameful. Like most nights my junior year I slept 2-5 am, that was it. Sometimes I’d get lucky and sleep 2-6/7 if I was ahead on work. So much healthier to keep to a steady bedtime like you do)
