Sera glanced at Ky in concern as Myna strode over from her cart. She was about two heads taller than Sera and very imposing. "Things're going wrong all over," she said grimly, peering down at Ky. Ky stumbled backward away from her. Her chest felt so tight. Panicked. Was this woman finally calling her the bad omen she knew that she was? Was—? Gods. She put more distance between them, staring at her with wide eyes.

She didn’t know how to respond. Everything that had been happening lately had been odd. Ever since Aleth brought her up this way, really. But especially since the adoption. She felt so disoriented and now there was a witch calling her evil. She let out a little squeak and took another step backward.

Ky is 5’7” and I was pretty sure she was taller than Sera but couldn’t remember)(speaking of tho randomly connected I am 5’8” and my new boss I’m pretty sure isn’t even five foot tall and like that’s obviously fine but I feel awkwardly tall around him and dunno how to behave so that I simultaneously don’t loom but also don’t act like I’m trying to act different haha like I legit don’t know if he’d be able to see over my shoulder if we stood side by side)
