Thane watched as the two walked into the ring to face each other, the ground sandy to mark where it ended. This should be interesting. The overly-optimistic girl who clearly had no idea what she was doing, and the arrogant one who Thane was hoping would get knocked on his butt.

"I'm Railyn," Railyn said, smiling. Draining his aura so fast and abruptly like he did not make him steady on his feet. Well, at least he was able to stand on his own. "Woo! Sparring time! Who's fighting?"
"Safiana," supplied Safi, before she turned to size up her opponent. This was definitely going to go horribly wrong. The worst part was, she was still excited about it despite that.

"I'm Cyra." They brushed a stray dreadlock out of her face. "And I suppose we can have an announcer. If and only if they're not going to be annoying and distracting."
