one month ago, you had the time of your life. one month ago, you were sleep deprived, but everything was in technicolor; your heart was twisting in your chest & it was real, never mind the same televised static. the way you fell short was stupid & it was beautiful like that, so being half a person was fine in the grand scheme of this. it's the next day & the cramped room brimming with ghosts that tells the real story.
