Yeah sorry, I meant to reply sooner! I'm going to be busy all day on Saturday, so I'll try and get a post up Sunday!! I look forward to seeing what you write!!
We still have a little time left this week. I would like to suggest that we make a little plan for the next two to three weeks, so that we are always a up-to-date with our posts, so that we don't lose the first half of the week planning and then start writing.
For example, next week we could have a filler where everyone writes a bit in their post about how they spent their weekend before going back on Monday to continue the plot with the death of HOG. Since everyone can decide for themselves when to post, there would be no problem with possible agreements and we could also focus on what happens the following week. If we manage to keep this up week after week, we will always be a week ahead with planning - posting.
Looks like we're at 2319 words. @Plume, do you want to bring us home?
Also, I like the idea of next week being what we were all up to over the weekend before we find out that HOG dies.
I also saw a play today that was set in Chicago in 1928, completely different story and tone but it inspired me for this, if only for the costumes and music.

Superb, so we made it through this week too. The posts look great. So this week we would all write a single post about what we are going to do for the weekend? We could agree that everyone should somehow mention in their post that they are going back on Monday to continue the story.
That means that next week we might have the murder of HOG, right? Would we make a little plan like we did last week?
The first post: meeting together, having a nice evening, where everyone then inserts their dialogue? The second post, maybe that when we go out (maybe one or two) they witness the murder? The third post than how we come together and see the police coming, and we first take that for granted. (Don´t get caught) The fourth post could be a newspaper article and maybe Julian / Sophie could somehow suggest that we investigate it more because of their relation to the speakeasy.
Any other suggestions?
And please say if I am perhaps steering a little too much in the wrong direction with the suggestions. I just want to have order and structure.
I like the plan for next week! One thing. I thought we found the body and didn't witness the murder. That way it's more of a mystery and we don't just have to find the car. I'm good with whatever we decide, though.
Should we go with the normal posting order? If so I can get a post out by tomorrow @ noon my time.
True. We spoke about that. So, we are going to find the body and we can speak with witnesses/read in newspapers in the upcoming week that there was a car. Maybe in the paper is something that contradicts itself?
I think that would be a good idea with the normal posting order.
