Janus was playing with a ball in the field. He didn't have anyone to play with... Until he saw another little boy around his age. He seemed friendly enough.
Patton was blowing bubbles and giggling. He didn't have too many friends, but he still seemed happy enough. He noticed another boy, playing with a ball nearby, and smiled.
"Hi there!"

Janus wasn't too much of a talker at that age, but he shyly waved and handed the ball to the other boy. He really only talked to people he felt comfortable around.
