So Chudnofsky didn't read their minds, he just sort of couldn't help notice their surface thoughts because both those people were broadcasting those in their mind rather prominently. He can read minds but that's considered rude without permission which is why he doesn't know why Lee calls this place the spirit world or why exactly Evaline is so distrusting or either of their names.

That's good to know! I'm glad he's polite enough to not read their minds without permission.

also hi again i totally didn't fall behind >>

I decide Lee would probably be silent as he tried to figure out what everyone was saying, but then I remembered I made it so he has bad allergies - and that they'd totally act up in a place like this.

Also, I just realized I completely forgot to mention this in my last post. I know that you wanted to join this roleplay, @Corvid, but you haven't been able to post in the DT much or the main roleplay yet. If you can't reply just yet, don't worry! This is the kind of improvised roleplay where we can just throw new characters in whenever, so your character should be able to easily slip in whenever you're free to write. c:
