"I don't. How observant of you," growled Amoku, giving an intense glare towards James. I can set him on fire right now. With a controlled burst . . . No, I can just turn into an elephant and crush him. No, that would be boring.
Greed rolled their eyes. James had apparently lost interest in getting his phone back. They signaled the barkeep for, what was this, their eighth drink? Their ninth? It hardly mattered. The poison hardly did anything anyway.
"Mindreaders are all annoying," grumbled Amoku to himself. With a grin, he began to think all sorts of obscene thoughts as loudly as possible (At least, as loud as a thought can be).
Greed scoffed and got up. "Good luck contacting that friend of yours," they said to James, stretching. "I should head out. Got people to tempt or whatever it is you think demons do." They did not, truthfully, have anywhere to be. It was just a tad boring here, listening to a semi-mind-reader talk to a shapeshifter.
James side stepped in front of Greed. "Phone please" he said "I apologize for boring you, but clearly you don't have anywhere else to be." He turned to Amoku "that's not...whatever."
