Ugh @niteowl same!! I somehow feel like I wrote myself into a tight spot with my post so I might need to scrap it...ugh. I thought this would be easy but then my character decides to mess with me xD
Hey, @MeherazulAzim16! We originally weren't accepting anyone new, but @EverLight dropped out of the storybook - I can add you to the cast list if you're interested in joining.
I usually create new characters for storybooks, but you're free to use one that you already have if it works with the story. I'm actually doing that with Jane.
For those who aren't on the Discord server and are wondering why the name John Constantine looks so familiar, it's because he's a DC character. I don't know too much about him, but MeherazulAzim16 gave me a rundown on his past and how it might affect this storybook. John isn't currently part of our characters' group, but he'll show up later.

I actually made some headway on mine yesterday. I just need to figure out how to wrap it up. I might be able to get it up today, but if not it could be the weekend (I've been busy lately).

@MeherazulAzim16 I really enjoyed your post! It flowed really really well! John is fascinating and I honestly feel like he's such a jaded individual. Haha I have a feeling he might get a little frustrated with my own character's naivete
Thanks, @PrincessInk, and well done! I like that Hawthorn has this internal conflict or this need to balance up his regular/human life and his inherent duties as an elf. And John might indeed get a little frustrated. I can't wait to see these characters interact!
