"Fine," he said.

He looked away from Livvie. "I'm not just a coward," he said. "I'm sure you're thinking that right now. I had a goal in my first life that I still want to complete - I want to change my old world. I can't do that if I'm dead."

Livvie looked at Levi, shooting daggers from her eyes.

If only that was possible.

"And right now, you're dead?" she hissed.

"I'm talking - oh wait, now I get it. You had a mission if life one and you didn't complete it because you died. Now you have life two and you're trying to complete that mission. And in life one you're name was Karti or something and now in life two your name is Levi." she said, breathless.

Then confusion clouded over her. "Why are you here then?"

She remembered the time they met in the morning, and thought back to when Levi told the group about himself.

"I have a relatively normal life, I live in a suburban town with my younger sister Juniper and our parents, and I go to high school there. I'm at the top of my classes and occasionally hang out with a girl named Charlotte Hart."

A sheepish expression flickered across his face.

"I was bored and teleported here," he admitted. He rubbed the back of his neck. "I was going to find out where I was so I could figure out how to get back to my town, but then I started having fun talking with you two."

Livvie scowled.

"You." she looked at Luna. "Are you trustworthy or are you like Faker too?"

Luna was shocked when Livvie asked such a question, then she smiled. "I'm sure you have already put the peaces together and have seen I am not normal. I come form a world that is flowing with magic so I don't really have anything to hide, and the things that I do are for a very good reason, but that doesn't mean you can't trust me." she lets out a long sigh. "My world is built on trust, if there was none then it would be a mess, though I will say you two will see things tomorrow you probably haven't seen before."

I thought I had replied...

Livvie huffed. Then left the topic hanging and asked them another question. "Do you two wanna sleep together down here or in separate rooms upstairs?" she asked, studying her nails.

It's alright! It happens to the best of us.

He shrugged.

"It doesn't really matter to me," he said. At this point, he really should have just been asking what the name of the town was and teleporting back to his own - Livvie clearly didn't want him here.

But he had enjoyed the time he spent with her and Luna up to this point, and felt more than a little invested in Jason and Livvie's conflict. He wanted to see it resolved; he wanted to see Jason overcome his fear and denial of magic.

So he would stay - for now.

Don't worry about it Lib. ;)

Luna shrugged. "I think I'll sleep down here, I don't think seeing Jason before tomorrow is a very good idea." She rubbed her hands together as a slight chill came over her.

She was a little worried about how tomorrow will end up. Jason seemed like a rather thick headed person and not just anything is going to make him believe. She was going to have to get some help with it, and she knows just the person.

"Both of you stay down here then. I'll open up the couches." she muttered. She left the kitchen and strode into the living again.

"I need help!" she admitted from the living.

Giving a brief glance in Luna's direction, he went to join Livvie in the living room. He wasn't sure what exactly she needed help with, but he had a guess that it involved the couches.

Luna followed the other two out the room, she couldn't help but have the feeling Livvie didn't trust her anymore, and she didn't no what to do about it. She let lose a sigh as she walked. It doesn't help that she hast to change Jason's mind tomorrow about Magic.

He glanced over at Luna as she entered.

Something about her seemed off. He fell back from Livvie's side and went to join Luna - it was Luna who theoretically needed him more right now.

It was Luna who theoretically didn't hate him, too.

"Are you feeling okay?" he asked.

Luna looked over at Levi, she could see the concern in his eyes as he spoke. Feeling great full she though it wouldn't heart to open up to him a little.
"Well to be honest I am a little worried about Livvie, after finding out the true about you she hasn't been the same, and now she doesn't seem to trust me." She placed a fake smile on her face. "It just has me worried that's all."

"People don't usually like me," he said. He was trying to keep his voice nonchalant - like he was making a joke - but it didn't feel like a joke when he tried to convince himself that it was. And he knew that who he was wasn't the real reason that Livvie was acting the way she was - it was because he had hidden who he really was instead of being upfront about it.

But it wasn't as easy to tell the truth as she seemed to think it was.

He resisted the urge to sigh.

"But I understand," he added. "I'm sorry that she doesn't trust you, too. I'm the one she shouldn't be trusting."

He paused.

Then he gave her a smile. "But if it makes you feel any better, I trust you."
