"I agree," Kane said, right as Leon started to give a nod next to him. The two stopped and gave each other little smiles. Then Kane turned again, facing the group around him. "We need to figure out what's going, and I don't think someone in the rafters can do well against us - they would be outnumbered."
"...We should probably get Lunis from the food court," Leon suggested.
"Before we do, I think we need to do some more introductions," Magic pointed out, gesturing at the two newcomers.

"Right," Fallon said. They didn't know what a food court was, but the name had something to do with food, and both they and Valonia were starting to get hungry. "I'm Fallon, this is Valonia." They nodded towards their daemon.
"Lovely names," Emily said, "I'm Emily, or Tate, depending on who you are, and I'm gonna go gore myself on the least healthy thing I can find in that lovely little bit of probably-cursed heavan and then I'm gonna find the exit, care to join me?"
"I'm guessing that was probably a question for the two of them," Magic said, grinning, "but I'll say yes to that."
Leon and Kane both gave nods of agreement.
"Have you already introduced yourself?" Kane asked, looking over at his best friend. Leon gave another nod - he had been expecting that after seeing that Leon was already talking to Fallon and Valonia. Realizing that he still needed to give an introduction, he turned back to the two newcomers.
"I'm Kane," he said. A hand absentmindedly was raised to touch his ears; he still wasn't used to having them. "I'm actually a human, but I'm using a charm right now to make me look like this."
"And I'm the Personification of Magic," Magic said, turning their grin to the two instead of Emily. "I go by Magic and technically Pom, but I'm definitely less partial to that second one."
"I've introduced myself as well," Nubes said. He looked at Valonia. "It is rather peculiar to see another leopard, I will admit. Cats are apparently not common in other worlds."
