She worried about everything. What will they think.
But the darkness couldn't take her.

In the split second he took to fire, her little boy became a soldier.

I awoke staring into grim darkness, but found that deep within there was light.

His letter came too late.
"I love you, too," she whispered at his casket.

The darkness closed in, it was too late.
He was gone forever, not remembered.

He looked his whole life for something that was right in front of him.
