Hello! I am new to this site and it seems very interesting. My name is Clary and I absolutely love writing. I hope this site can help me grow my writing skills and introduce me to new topics.
I enjoy writing fiction. Specifically fantasy, sci-fi, fan fiction, realistic fiction, dramatic and sometimes romance. My favorite is sci-fi. I'm attracted to futuristic stories/novels and tend to write those more than anything else.

I can tell you from personal experience that if you stick around here for long enough, you'll be a 10375820173 times better writer than you are now. It happened to me. Admittedly, I don't have any data to explain how I got that number, but I'm willing to bet my family heirloom that you'll improve a lot as a writer nonetheless, if you stick around.
Welcome, welcome! I'm gonna have to agree with @Kazumi here - I'm at least a bajillion times better a writer than when I first joined. Hanging around here and talking to fellow writers and reading other people's work and getting feedback on your own work is a great recipe for becoming a better writer!
I'm curious, what new topics are you interested in? What topics do you already feel familiar with? Also, I definitely share your love for sci-fi - fantasy is my favorite, but sci-fi is very close.
