Yo, no prob at all!! And oooh!! So this is a different Kartiel. Good to know! Does he still have the same overall personality, or are there little tweaks with that too?

Also HYPED about the TRUE purpose of the lockets now hoho. APPARENTLY THEY HAVE AN IMPORTANT PURPOSE.

And yasss that sounds like a really cute and enjoyable friendship. Hiking is great. Cass has the right idea.

This is a difficult one to answer. My original plan was to have them share incredibly similar personalities - like Lost!Kartiel and AoH!Kartiel do - but I'm currently torn between that type of personality and a different, more serious one. The bonus to the original plan's personality is that I can have his development feature the same sort of personality AoH!Kartiel is beginning to have and the one Lost!Kartiel will have in the distant future.

Time to update this again, just before I start working on the newest chapter! (For those looking at this in the future, that would be Chapter 3.2.) My original plans for this part of the book were to have Cassie and Aspen do some survival out in the wilderness for a good couple of chapters, but I think it might be best for me to make them end up a little closer to the first location they'll visit in the story.

Which I still need to name.

I was going to post pictures of both Lira and Rodet from the newest chapter, but I couldn't find the right outfit for Rodet. So, instead, here's just a picture of Lira being the absolute gem she is. This is what I used to make her.

I obviously don't want this story to be spoiled for everyone, but I thought I'd leave a link here to my Story Interviews thread for this story in case I need to reference information from it in the future.
