The queen herself I would say be above 30. With a dragon for a minimum of ten years. Dragons take years to get full size but at six months they are big enough to take a rider.
But I said that my character (Kaia) was, in a sense, discovered by the Queen when she was young and trained because of her orders to be an elite soldier/assassin. She later took her to the hatchery (or wherever they keep the eggs) to find out if she could naturally be a Dragon Rider (or perhaps force a bond, if nothing happened, since the Queen really wants a special Rider corps, but Kaia did have an egg hatch for her, thankfully). But all this said, of course Kaia is not "special" to the Queen, since autocrats like her can get rid of people whenever she wants should they show signs of "disloyalty". Anyways, is that okay and in line with what you envisioned for the Queen, @EvangelineFire? I can change my CP if needed.

@XxXTheSwordsmanXxX do you think I can modify my character to have a lot of magic power, but is untrained and inexperienced? I thought it may be more interesting for my character and dragon to be like a blank canvas.
