Blackthorne wasn't very well received by the magicians, so maybe have his challenge be overcoming their reluctance to accept him?

I intended to remain in the SB. My only problem was finding a way for Eraena to enter the story. She is a nurse, but reading I cant think of a way to bring her into this world. I would be up for any suggestions. She is a renowned healer

I have also been very busy lately, so if there doesn't appear to be a place where Eraena's character will fit in, I understand if I would need to leave the SB
