Alright, my first Character Template is out! Please make sure to read it through for reference of making your CT. There's also some cool information about his time in Atlanta there, both for new and older members (cough @Auxiira @Craz if you want to see some drama between Seth and Sarah then read the history).

I also want to clarify some things because I made things vague and I keep forgetting not everyone knows about the world of HoR like I do. First things first, the year is 2038, and the Harbinger syndrome (when the powers started) started in 2034, a little before the first SB. Our characters will be stronger than the first SB, since they just got their powers, but the window of how long you have had your powers is anywhere from 3 years-a year and a half. Please take that into consideration for when you make your character.

Also, I want detailed histories. Just sayin' xD

The "travel" portion of the spells seem to be tripping people up, and that's my fault. Basically, it's whether or not you can move faster with your power than regularly. So, for air, it's like flying or gliding. With landing, it's like forming concrete and willing it forward.

I would also like a good mixture of spells. So far, I don't know the powers of everyone, but if I start seeing a lot of a couple of spells, I will start cutting some off, so make sure you have a back-up or two. There's eleven spells, so go crazy ^^

Also, @Poopsie please choose a different pic for your character xD that was one used in the first HoR. I don't know if that was a coincidence but I will be mixing both characters up all the time.

Last but not least (for this post at least), the minimum age for all the characters are 18. If you really want someone younger, talk to me.

Also, a quick side-note: your character should be near some kind of river or body of water that reaches the Atlantic some way or another when they receive their powers. Quick reasoning for it is the virus that gave us our powers was spread through the waters.

Also, the VAD virus (the virus that gave us our powers) has multiple strands, so you'll be seeing different powers throughout the story. I didn't want to get into the technicalities too much like I did in HoR, but I feel like explaining it won't be too bad. The VAD virus was originally meant to accelerate positive cell reproduction, so help healing and things like that. That also means that you hit puberty much much faster than normal and go through your childhood phase quickly compared to a normal person. You also age slower (the former will come into play very soon).

Since the border of Missouri and Illinois is a the Mississippi River, I could just quickly add in that the hospital was on the edge of the river, would that work? Or should he actually be out near it?
