Nah just as long as you're near a river. I went ahead and just assumed that he was near the Mississippi river so i accepted it xD it could have also seeped into farther reaches of the land.

Let me just get some things straight ~

The virus thingy first spread through Atlanta, where concrete walls were put up to keep the infected people inside. Somewhere between the last SB and this SB, Atlanta was bombed. But the virus still remains.

So, Harbingers are all people with the virus and the special powers, correct? They have come into contact with the Atlanta victims in some fashion, and the ones of the Revolution are those fighting the Envoy. What about the New Constructs? They have the powers too, so they're also Harbingers, yes? And yet they're keen on protecting all Harbingers, including themselves?

The Harbingers of Revolution and the New Constructs are fighting over land, except from what I understand the latter is protecting the former.

(Sorry if that was confusing, I just need some things cleared up )

Yes, the virus (VAD-11) was purposely spread first in Atlanta's waters as a test ^^ but things started going wrong when the powers started showing up. The government came in and quarantined the place and the Envoy built the concrete wall.

Atlanta was destroyed by a nuclear explosion that sprouted from a fight between the characters of the first SB (most of them anyway) and a super end-boss crazed Harbinger that could absorb the powers of other Harbingers. He absorbed too many and exploded. That was the end of Atlanta but not the end of the virus, as it had already been pre-shipped all around the world and spread in the waterways of every major population area. (This is a global disaster by now)

Yes, Harbingers are all the people with powers, starting from news stories based off of rumors of what was happening in Atlanta. The news reports called them Harbingers of Doom, but Seth started the term Harbingers of Revolution.

New Constructs is a group led by Scar that was newly formed to help rebuild St. Louis and stop the Envoy from killing the new race of powerful humans. They believe that Dustin should be saved. All people with powers are called Harbingers but Seth coins the term Harbingers of Revolution ^^

The two teams are not necessarily fighting over land, but over control of St. Louis. Whomever controls the city will have definite power over the oncoming threats that they face. New Constructs and Harbingers of Revolution have somewhat of the same views, but from different ways of approaching it. New Constructs wants to survive by becoming a dominant force in the world while the Harbingers of Revolution wants to survive by destroying the Envoy.

As for Seth, his reasons are a little different...

k, I know it took me a little longer than I said it would (fine, about a week or so), but I've been busy with schoolwork lately. Especially because of my English research paper and Biology presentation. And life in general deserves an honorable mention, too. >.>

Anyways, completed the CP for my tragically miserable character, @Jhinx. I hope I'm not too late. On the bright side, I had a lot of fun making this character miserable and developing him into a unique, fleshed-out one, and now I'm eager to get this SB started. Let's get this started!

I sad to state that I can't finish the CP or going to participate in this SB. I'll keep a lookout on how things are going, but it is just stuff has stopped me from completing my CP.
