What about being banned from drinking coffee. That is pretty torturous!

Hehe, My favorite is more of a combo. Basically you start by skinning the person, then you roll them in salt and soak them in lemon juice. Then you tie them down over baby bamboo shoots and let them grow through them, pouring lemon juice on them daily. What should I call this method?

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSS!! Perfect irony! Also, I came up with some other stuff. You skin someone, then tie them down and place pineapple all over them. The pineapple contains enzymes that basically eat away at meat, even if you eat too much your mouth hurts (Yes, I have experience in the field of eating too much pineapple >.<) and they will die a slow painful death (Depending on how long it takes for them to become infected).
