Help finding character description

Hello! Thank you for coming, willing to help.
I need help deciding on what one of my characters looks like. I know pretty much everything about her except what she looks like.

Name: Lilian Lloyd
Nickname: Lil'
Personality: Fiery temper, pretty aggressive, protective, brave and sympathetic.
Backstory: Grew up all her life in New Haven. Her brother died when she was in middle school. He fell off a cliff when he was hiking in the forest just outside Ellington Academy. Her single mother found a husband her last middle school year (after her brother died). The husband is a christian and doesn't really get along with Lil'.
Description (so far): She is short which is one of the reasons why she is called Lil'.

I really appreciate all ya'lls help. It means a lot and I can't wait to hear what you guys imagine she looks like.

I need you guys to tell me what you think her ____ looks like:
-Hair
-Eyes
-Skin
-Voice even (maybe?)
-Posture

Honestly?

-Hair: Black, dyed red in the edges,
-Eyes: A rich brown
-Skin: Dark. Maybe a chocolate shade.
-Voice: A little throaty, a little high-pitched, but fun when it needs to be.
-Posture: However she wants to pose. Ain't nobody telling her how to pose.
