@Verser, that wasn't graphic! It was disturbing, sure - the most disturbing thing I've ever written, in fact - but not graphic. Believe me, I did not enjoy writing that, but it was necessary.

And actually, that's the sad thing - it wasn't Pokémon that was "graphic", but reality. It had happened to Gabriel while he was still on earth; the Pokémon universe actually provides an escape from the real world's cruelty.

Great post astral! I'm looking into the future a little bit when I ask this but where are wall meeting when the groups come together?

@Buggiedude2340 said she'll be writing the next post from her, mine and @Charizard821's characters' point of view, and in it, they'll finally be going to the Alchemist's Tower.

@15253, thanks! Also, I enjoyed your posts. I'm quite intrigued to see who this seemingly benign voice is - but I fear he may want to turn Ren against the Resistance as well; I'll just have to wait. By the way, the allies of the Resistance will all meet at the Shrine of Safety. Basically, all of the Resistance's greatest allies will be at that meeting, whether they are Legendaries, humans, or just normal Pokémon like Cassandra, Absol, Fleedjio, etc. If you play an important role in their hierarchy, you should be there.

@Verser, I think that was one of your longest posts yet! Needless to say, I liked it.

@Tortwag, I'm not one for being intimidated by people, but Twinkiel is becoming rather scary. Gabriel will be suspicious of him, but if Twink learns more about auras by the time they meet, they'll at least have something to discuss.

@TheSilverFox, I would never have expected such a paradise to be lcoated in such a barren landscape, but it seems you like cliffhangers as much as our mutual friends here. You lot are exhausting, you know that? (But in a good way. )

@Robusto, concerning Bloodmoon, I have two questions: Since he's the new Guardian, will he also turn into stone when defeated? And can he even leave the dungeon at all?

Where the heck has absol been anyway? He was supposed to be in the dungeon with you guys right?

Also, I feel like astrals group is lagginf behind ours. We should wait until him, charizard and buggie get a few posts up

I don't know where Absol is... Since Zulu, Twinkiel, Celebi and Spades entered the dungeon, I suppose he was with Cresselia. Or he was away, busy with other business, but I don't want to explore that possibility, lest someone feel the urge to employ another plot twist... *winks*

And yeah... Buggie, Charizard and I do enjoy experimenting with the amount of things that can happen in one day... Sorry about that. *grins sheepishly*

@Tortwag: I know, it's just how I feel, and some of my past experiences on YT have dissuaded me from going much farther than one particular series (which I will not name, but it's annoying. I stopped listening to it a while ago. XD). But gosh, you guys sure seem to enjoy YT videos a lot. Why does "Eye of the Tiger" sound familiar? Hmm....

@Charizard821: My gosh, I just picked a Grovyle for the Alpha Sapphire Special Demo right now. XD

@15253: You have me stumped. Is it Latios? That's the only psychic-type Legendary from Generation III (since Blaziken is from the same generation, I must assume this is similar, though I'm likely wrong) that I know of that hasn't already been long discussed in the story. I'm probably wrong, but I'll give it my best shot.

@AstralHunter: K. I have the general gist of the time plot, and the events of my own character's story take place a short while before the meeting, but I'm curious as to what the next few events are going to be plot-wise, so I'll be sure to go back a few pages of posts and find out the time system. Thanks!

Oh, and I'm happy you like my latest part! I have a lot more planned with the land of the festival, and among those ideas is a Mystery Dungeon. Bwahaha.... And speaking of the festival, it had to be one my first large-scale conceived Pokémon idea, long before I actually incorporated it in this story. It was so much fun to design and come up with ideas for, and when I learned about this story and started coming up with a plot line, I remembered the old idea and found the perfect place to put it in. Once again, I'm happy you liked it!

@AstralHunter: I'm sorry to say that, after reading your latest part, you successfully managed to kill my youthful exuberance. I enjoyed the part, and it was really dramatic, but quite disturbing. It makes me wish to find that man and rend him asunder as penance for his crimes. I commend you for an excellent story, and the way that you work so excellently with the emotions of your audience, and it was awesome, but I think I need to find a place to lay down for the next hour or so. My brain is being tormented with. O_O Nonetheless, good job!

@TheSilverFox, I didn't mean to kill your youthful exuberance. And I felt the exact same way after watching a particular episode wherein something similar happened. The theme I added, which translates to "Tormented, with great vehemence" is how I felt when writing that post.

Anyhow, I cannot allow myself to dwell on such matters for too long, as I am an Idealist and that would make me depressed. (Plus, I'm hypersensitive and empathetic, so that makes things even worse.)

My next post ought to be up tomorrow. It should bring Flurry, Riley, and Gabriel to Frontier Town, from where they will hike to the alchemist's tower.

Guardians only turn to stone if they've lived past their natural life. The plate keeps gives them eternal life, but not from attacks. By attacking them, a person is slowly destroying the connection between the plate and its wielder. Normally they'd give up the plate willingly if they believe someone is worthy of it, but a guardian guarding their plate from an evil force will fight until the plate' connection is lost and they turn to stone. Though Bloodmoon would lose connection with the plate, allowing it to be collected by someone else, he wouldn't turn to stone.
