Just a quick piece of info. All the plates can form armor around a wielder, but they must first spend a lot of time using the plate as a power booster. Bloodmoon only got the armor because the GOL used its power to force the plate to accept Bloodmoon.
@15253 But that's the thing. Nothing about his character is written on his "stats", except that he's mischievous. I was referring to something @Robusto himself said a few pages back. And he said that Hoopa was like Porky. Who's not sofisticated. Talkin' about THIS guy. But wait a sec, @Robusto, does that mean Hoopa's supposed to be kinda childish? 'Cause that's how he appears when you portray him. And it's fun.
