The Cobra Mountains are entirely open to imagination, and can be developed accordingly. Seeing as @Wolfare1 and @15253 both have characters from the Exiles, the two of you have a bigger portion of development. You can develop the setting, governing systems, feuding parties (like the Maydock family, etc), resources, and even history. Feel free to develop the Cobra Mountains, but in realistic concepts (ex. there can't be a mansion or palace in the Mountains, etc) Just mention your concepts in detail here in the DT, and I'll create a map and document containing the final developments. The same applies for the Empire and the Callitrix, but be considerate to already created developments.
