Alvis and his sister Paton haven't seen each other for 5 years. Alvis dreads the fact that Paton is coming home after those 5 years. But when an incident with a drill kills her and leave him with a mysterious power that allows for him to control lightning he is determined to find a way to bring her back. And in a way he does.
