Bryan|Cinderwitches Cave

After hours of torturing the Mayor I unstrapped him from the chair, Grabbed him by the back of his neck, walked over to a rug just a few feet wider and longer than a door. I pulled the rug up and pushed it aside, uncovering a door. I took the mayor to the cage right in front of the staircase, opened it, and pushed him in. "Welcome to your new home West." I said as i locked the cage. I walked up the staircase, closed the door and used a spell to make it look like it was part of the cave. I covered it back up, and walked over to the door that goes into Cinderwitches Quarters and knocked.

Cinderwitch | Her chamber

The plain parchment map showed all of Argos in black ink. I traced with my finger the streets I had travelled earlier in the evening. There, in the middle, was the heavily guarded main entrance to the treasure room. I shook my head. The two of us could never take all those guards. On closer examination, there were two secret entrances: One in the mayor's house, and one in a cave under the sea. The mayor's house was likely fairly well guarded, so the undersea way in was likely my best bet. It couldn't be very far under water, because most of the villagers were human. They wouldn't make an entrance they couldn't use, would they? I blew out the candle and curled up on my bedroll, holding the map close, just in case.
After too few hours of slumber, there was a knock on my door. "What is it?" I growled.
"It's me," said Bryan, coming right in. Oh, how lucky he was I would have let him in anyway. "I've got the mayor locked securely in a cage."
"Whatever for?" I roared, sitting up. "Didn't I tell you to kill him?"

"Yes, but i felt it would be more fun to torture him rather than to kill him. I also have a plan." I said in an evil tone. She looked at me as if she wanted me to go on. "Well the Mayor will be missing so its possible that most of the guards will be out looking for him which will leave only the main entrance guarded not the inside or the other entrances. Which is why we cant kill him." I said in a serious tone.

Cinderwitch | Her cave room

I paused, and my eyes narrowed to slits as I tried to find a hole in his plan. I couldn't. Oh gods, I hate it when other people are right. "Good job, Bryan," I said, looking surprised. I pushed past him and stood in the main room.
I looked around, making sure I had everything. Sword, check, in its sheath. Map, check, tucked into my belt. Armour, check,, still wearing it. Now where was that invisibility cloak? "Bryan, have you seen the-" I rested my hand on the table, and I felt something soft. "Nevermind." I turned around. Bryan was just standing there. "Well? Aren't you coming?"
"Well, you see, Cinder, I was wondering how we're both supposed to sneak in with only one cloak?" I thought for a second, then threw the cloak at him. "What about you?"
"I'll fly." I took some parchment and headed outdoors. The sun was just peaking over the hills, painting everything a rosy orange. I ripped the bark off a fir tree and painted the area around the hole in my wing with sap. I glued the parchment to it on both sides and flapped gently to solidify the sap. It wasn't pretty, and it wouldn't get me far, but it would hold long enough to get to the top of the wall. "Come on, Bryan," I said.
We trotted off in the direction of Argos, taking the long way to avoid the guards coming to rescue th mayor. The sun was fully over the horizon when we got there. We crouched in the shadows near the edge of the forest. "Ok, here's the plan," I said. "Give me the cloak. You create a distraction, and I'll fly in and open the gate for you. We can probably take half those guards each." I turned away and shinnied up the neearest tree

Bryan|Argos

I got to the gates of Argos. Of course the gates were unguarded. I just walked inside. I cast the "Sleep Spell" on all the guards, Merchants, people, and the Kids. I looked around and spotted a satchel on one of the table shops. I walked over to the table and grabbed the satchel. "Finally something portable to store my stuff in." I said as i heard cinderwitch. "Bryan!" She yelled I went over and she opened the gate. When suddenly a door opened. I spun around to see who it was and found out it was Princess Aatya.

Cinderwitch | Argos, a street

The villagers were all asleep, slouched over what they were doing when Bryan cast the spell. I carefully stepped over and around the strewn-about bodies and toward Aayta. "Well, well, well! If it isn't the little old princess, here to save everyone from the big mean dragonborn. Oooh, I'm so scared," I taunted, pulling out my sword with a glorious swishing sound. "I say we should settle this woman to woman. Whoever wins has the true rights to the gold," I proposed. I saw Aayta hesitate an almost imperceptible moment. I didn't really think she was going to take the bait. Was she?

Princess Aayta/ Argos

The princess approached the two thevies her eyes filled with hate. She was right about the female dragonborn Where was Baltazar when you needed him? Nowhere. Typical of men. The promise of the duel sounded very, very tempting. But before she could accept..she flicked her wrist and the male wizard slammed against the wall, knocking him unconcious.

In the next seconed she unsheated he sword and slashed at the Cinderwitch's healing wing. The gash went straight to the bone. The dragoborn was flightless and in pain. Major bonus. She lifted her sword and swung again.

Cinderwitch | Argos

"Bryan!" In the brief moment that I was distracted by the attack on my partner in crime, the princess slashed my already injured wing. I cryed out. She swung again. I raised my own sword and deflected it.

Channeling the pain into anger and the anger into strength, I let out a warrior yell. I attacked Aayta, and she defended well. I backed her up against a wall. Our swords crossed, locked tightly together. We were almost nose to nose. I could feel her breath on my cheeks. A small drop of sweat rolled off my face and landed on her tunic. "Ready to give up, your highness?" I asked.

Aayta/ Argos

"If you mean letting you go for the gold unchallenged, I think not." Aayta snarled and with all her force pushed Cinderwitch away, rolled on the ground and they continued fighting. She was the heir of the kingdom; she couldn’t let some ordinary thieves take the villages gold. Such a dishonor she could never face.
As they fought she got an idea, she broke away and went straight for the gold was hidden, she had a plan.

I was about to take off after the princess, but before I did, I remembered that I wasn't alone in this. I nudged Bryan sharply with my foot, hoping he'd wake up in time to follow us. I leapt over his unconcious body and raced after Princess Aayta. While my feet pounded the cobblestones and my legs pumped furiously, something nagged at my mind. It was like recognized something. A pattern, maybe? A pattern from a picture. Yes, of course! The streets on the map! Aayta was leading me straight to the gold. I laughed and pushed myself to run a little faster. I was sleeping on a bed of gold tonight!

Balazar Drake | Argos

I sniffed around town. Something was up, I just knew it. There was no doubt in my mind that something bad was happening. I spread my wings and flew through the streets, keeping my eye out for anything. I spotted a golden wing at the corner of my eye. The Dragonborn I healed. I flew towards her without even a second thought.

Sorry I haven't been on in a while.

When someone says torture, you never imagine that it would be as bad as this. The pain was so bad, it was blinding. West was bleeding from....everywhere. The pain.
The pain.
West couldn't think of anything else...
