Um...maple is clearly a late winter / early spring smell because maple season only starts when spring begins to peek its head out and the frozen sap in the maple trees start to run, and yet there is still snow everywhere...

Crispy Leaves (they don't really have a smell, but ykwim. It's that smell of freshness and a bit of dust you get when you take a deep breath inside a forest during the fall when most of the leaves fall down)
