Hi YWS! The Fiction Crew are back again with one of those pesky workshop things to tell you about. This month, we're going to be focusing on Secondary Characters, the characters who can either jump off the page and quickly become our favourites or can melt into the backdrop. We'll be discussing what makes these characters good or bad and how we can write them to the best of our abilities.
Now the scary bit of this workshop is that this time, I'll be flying solo as your host which I've never done before so yes, this should come with a safety warning that the doc may explode or something. But who doesn't like living with a little risk?
The workshop will be held, for my convenience as I'm free late at night and for your convenience as it will be easy to calculate timezones, at 23.00 GMT on Thursday 26th July. That's actually midnight in the London/Dublin/whatever else timezone. Who knew?! (Ahmad, apparently).
