Hey guys! I used to be an administrator of YWS. Nowadays, I'm enjoying the retired life of a DM. It is fun!
I am the top reviewer of YWS, with over 3000 reviews! Because I broke the star system, Nate put pigs for my review stars, since I love pigs so much. He is a great guy like that. Nowadays, I don't do many reviews, but if you ask for one, maybe I can help you?
As far as writing goes, I'm primarily a novelist who likes to dabble in poetry. I love to write novels, but, I have no major project going on right now. Maybe soon! For now, the main focus and joy of my life is taking care of my beautiful children.
My favorite author is probably G.K. Chesterton. His fantasies and mysteries delight me and I devour any book that I come across that is by him. Still, my favorite book ever written is probably "The Brothers Karamazov" by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. Every time I read it, I love it more. The characters are wonderfully alive.
I am a very happy Roman Catholic and quite willing to blabber on about my faith, if you let me. Also, if you would like a rosary, let me know!
And... that's all!
Poor Imp: December 3, 2006 - December 29, 2006
Life--became stop-start fragments; survival, still--too staggering ; stopped. Heart beat moments and no memory. Barefeet on pavement without the breath to know it's evening.
Then, because I remembered I could love, start-stop rattled-battled back again; thriving, jiving; heartaches and cracks better than a chest that lacks.
Summer-soul.
Myth: October 7, 2006 - October 20, 2006
₪ Myth is an obsessive old biddy, an unbreakable machine, hates to be called Mothago by a certain sister & gets drunk on 7Up. Finally: that drawing is by the lovely Little Tin Fish. ₪
Wiggy: September 16, 2006 - October 7, 2006
Once upon a time, there was a princess named Mary (Wiggy). She loved to write, read, dance, talk (especially with people!), play sports (especially softball), smile, dance in the rain, and procrastinate. She also was in love with the band Journey, and talked about Gone with the Wind at every available opportunity. She's still waiting for her prince, and someday she's going to speak Russian totally fluently (though she is learning it!).
Basically, she loves life!
And fairy tales are most definitely her reality.
