Here's my Review Tips!
* Don't do Review Spam. Review day is a wonderful opportunity to be competitive and join a challenge, but writing spam-reviews (by copy-pasting, using other people's reviews, not reading the work, or paraphrasing other reviewers) is cheating, and really takes the fun out of the competition. you have to say about a work is valuable to an author! So be confident in your own Reviewing Skills and Interpretation!
* My other Review Tip is when you're not sure what to say, the
Review Sandwich is a really straight forward way to get through a review. Here's the steps:
1) Praise: what specifically did the author do well?
2) Criticism: what could the author improve upon? (don't forget you'll catch more bees with honey! so be thoughtful with your words),
3) Interpretation/Overall Impressions. And that's it!
