Do we all have to answer all the questions or we can pick a few and answer?
Once we get the answers in and so do the mods, we will post it in the lounge for others to read, right? Sorry, just making sure I have the details right.
Collaboration workshop: Was a fantastic success and got some really good feedback.
Collaboration Contest: Didn't receive any entries, but that's okay. We could revive it as a non-birthday-specific contest or leave it as is.
Mod Q&A is totally a thing we can still do, just need to filter down the questions and copy the questions from the mods over.
Secret Haunt is still a thing that could be done, but doesn't have to be event-specific, though it may be interesting to turn it into a 'ghosts of Christmas past' themed haunt =p
Personally I'm happy as is to let these ideas rest or keep them for recycling. Soon I'm going to start rounding up interest for a Winter Project. Anybody in?
What we need to do-
Draft a instructions thread for the forums,
Create an advertisement for it and spread it around the site,

Anything I'm missing?
If anyone in this club can attend the workshop it would really help with activity pairings and general enthusiasm! Furthermore, encouraging/informing others about the workshop and its time before it begins would be very highly appreciated. If you can attend and/or help spread workshop awareness let me know!

- we have 3 volunteers for review coupons to give for the collaboration contest;
- we have a good idea and agreement about the contest details;
- we have decided to run the collab workshop and are working out who is available to co-host it with Tenyo on the 12th or 13th;
- we have a decent number of Q&A questions (23 to be exact) to ask the mods of YWS.
Has any of the following been sorted yet?
The Workshop
- Make (or at least have a sketch up of) a topic thread in The Lounge forum for the collab workshop, including date/time of the workshop and a detailed description.
- Have an advertisement to share around for the collab workshop, such as a poster with the name of the workshop, automatic date/time of workshop, an intriguing description, and a link to the workshop topic.
- Plan at least an hour of activities in the collaboration workshop (I imagine the best way to do so would be to create a WFP).
The Contest
- Make (or at least have a sketch up of) a topic thread in The Lounge forum for the collab contest with rules, a detailed description etc.
- Have an advertisement to share around for the collab contest, such as a poster with the name of the contest, an intriguing description, and a link to the contest topic.
Q&A
- Have mods answer the questions in the thread here to post out as a thread on the Big Day (wait... did we intend the Q&A to be live? I wasn't sure whether we'd get mods to answer the questions in their own time and PM them back to us or go about it another way).
- Possibly have mods ask ordinary users questions?? Is this happening?
Also:
- PM Squillsbot any advertisements we want in squills.
This is just what I perceive needs to be done. I'm eager to help in whatever way I can! Although I'd prefer to assist more with the workshop and/or Q&A since I'm not super confident in organising the contest. If we need a WFP for planning anything I'm happy to make one ~
