I'll be trying to do Inktober for the first time. I will be following the 31-day challenge with the official prompts. Feel free to check out my drawings and comment. Please don't expect anything amazingly spectacular, though!

October 1 - gargoyle
For this one, I chose to draw the president (and only member...) of the Gargoyle Appreciation Club, Malleus Draconia from Twisted Wonderland. Of course, he's looking at a gargoyle. Don't let him hear you mix up gargoyles and grotesques! xD I spent way too much time on this and accidentally smudged it a bit, lol.

October 2 - scurry
Rats scurry, so I drew a rat. I would have drawn a squirrel, but the rat came to life first, so.

I love the way you drew the character! I have difficulty drawing hair like that and you somehow captured so many details while using minimal textures! Very impressive!

October 3 - bat
I got the idea to draw a bat-themed ball gown since I didn't want to just draw a bat.

October 4 - scallop
What's a cuter scallop drawing than one that has an otter in it?

*gasp* Adorable! I love the depth in the otter's face - makes it look so lifelike. The highlights on the eyes and nose are also really great.

That otter is so cute and detailed, I love it! That dress is such a cool idea too!

All of you are really sweet! I tried my best. I almost thought the otter was going to turn out bad at first, but in the end, it turned out fine. I'm glad you like the gown as well--one of my favorite types of clothing to draw has always been dresses.

There was a girl who was born with the mark of a burning flower on her hand. What could she be hiding?
(Every day of this has me hoping I'm not going to make some horrible mistake that ruins the whole drawing, lol.)
