I giggled as if it didn't affect me in any way
I giggled as if everything she said was the most amazing thing

I felt like my heart was being squeezed roughly by thousands of calloused hands

This poem touched my heart and I have to admit that I cried. For my entire life, I've been rejected by those who I love and recently, I've been forced to suppress that feeling and it tears me up inside. I know how this feels.
My only nitpicks are about the look of this.
I think that in the part, "WHEN REALLY", it should still be lowercase, but "really" should be in italics.

This poem made my heart cry because I use to feel the same way. I absolutely know how this pain feels inside one's heart when it comes to someone else's happiness. I enjoyed this poem very much because I felt a true connection with the poem. Which rarely happens to me when I read poems or stories.
This part of the poem made me start crying for real because I have been in this situation before. All in all, I really loved this poem and I honestly consider it one of the best poems I ever read.
