Hello everyone
Today i would like to share with you a simple idea ; an idea that we don’t always take the time to think about .
In our daily life , we’re constantly surrounded by noise , people talking explaining , expressing everything with words , but sometimes we forget to pause , we forget to listen , and that brings me to this thought : sometimes the loudest message is said in silence .
We live in a world that fears silence , where words are used to fill every empty space .
But what if silence is not empty at all ? What if silence is where the truth actually lives ?
Silence is often misunderstood , it is seen as weakness , distance or absence. But silence can be something much deeper , it can be the space we’re we think , we observe , where we truly feel . Because when we stop speaking , we begin to notice, we notice what is not said ; the hesitation in a voice, the emotion behind a simple look , the truth hidden between words .
And suddenly , we realize : words don’t always tell the full story, even within our selves, there are feelings that escape language, moments we can not explain , emotions we can not define , yet we feel them deeply.
So maybe that’s not something to fix , maybe that’s something to accept , because silence it’s not emptiness, it’s depth , it’s awareness, it’s a different kind of understanding.
So I’ll leave you with this thought :
Sometimes , the most important things in life are not the one we say … but the one we feel quietly inside .

This is such great work!
You are such a good writer and I love to hear this point of view from somebody else, I am myself pretty (very) introverted and I totally share this opinion with you, I agree that we don't always need to speak, or say everything.
I also love that you brought up body language, as I find it so interesting, especially when you learn how to read certain people and you learn to tell the difference between what they say and what they feel.
I agree that silence can be the place where we truly feel and realise things,
I feel like everyone says his in their reviews ( or it's just me that does it) but You have a great flow, and I also really like your writing style, it's easy to understand and the text felt philosophical and not written like a factual text even though it says that it's an essay, which personally I love.
I think you are very creative for even tinking of this as a writing prompt and I look forward to reading more from you!
you are very talanted ^^

Thank you so much!! 🥺❤️
I'm so happy you connected with the silence and body language part!
It means a lot that you felt the flow and philosophy in it.
Thank you for such a kind and thoughtful review, it made my day!
nwwww ^^
I agree with you that silence can mean more than chatter in many cases. As long as one doesn't bottle up their feelings or avoid verbally expressing their appreciation for their loved ones to an excessive degree, silently observing the world around can be very beneficial. It is true that modern society seems to dislike silence, considering how noisy cities can be all day long, and how much people like to chatter both online and offline. Just as you've suggested, noisy distractions can prevent people from thinking about the true meaning of life and precious things that cannot be identified with one's five senses. This is a really meaningful work!
Thank you so much Alice !! Yeah, I agree balance is important. I’m glad my words made you think about the true meaning of life ❤️🩹
This is certainly an interesting short essay.
One thing I noticed is that you put your punctuation after a space, not directly after the word. The correct formatting would be:
You see how the I is now a capital, and the semicolon and period are directly next to the word, but have a space afterwards?
This is a very true statement and a nice ending to the essay. It was simple, short and sweet. I think to improve, you could maybe find some examples or studies done on silence to illustrate your point? Maybe define what silence means, or use a personal anecdote to highlight the meaning behind the message.
If you fixed the punctuation, this would be a cool little essay!
Thank you so much for the detailed feedback 4revrgreen!!
You’re right about the ponctuation, I’ll fix it. And I love the idea of adding an example. I’ll work on a new version. 💞
