Softball.

My love for softball is unconditional.
I love how we have one big family, and without each other we would be nothing.
I love how every moment I step out on that field I get all tingly and lite up inside.
I love that ever pitch, ever play, no matter what every person is included either by making the throw, or just cheering on the bench, it all matters.
I love that there's no drama on the field.
I love how you make a mistake and everyone's there to pick you back up.
I love the coaches and how they have trust in you.
I love how we all laugh and have a good time.
I love when it’s right before first batter and coach gives us the motivational speech that just makes all of us smile.
I love how one sport can make me so happy.
I love how one sport can have such a tole on my life.
I love how one sport can take up such a big place in my heart.
I love the sound of a hard throw or pitch right to the glove.
I love the smell of the leather.
I love sliding so hard that it makes a huge cloud of dust.
I love getting people out at the plate.
I love our cheers and our friendships.
I love going up to the plate and that feeling on your hands right after the ball and the bat have contact.
I love leading off so far that they can’t stop watching me.
I love getting that sign from coach to steal, so you watch so intently when the ball leaves the pitcher's hand your off.
I love when your batting and you see that ball go outside the plate and you hear the ump yell “ball”.
I love when you're catching and you get that perfect pitch and they try to swing and miss and you hear “strike 3 batters out”.
I love when you're in a full count and the next pitch goes into the dirt.
I love when you're on 3rd and the ball goes behind the catcher and you have the strength to steal.
I love when you're up to bat and bases are loaded.
I love that going outside and just playing catch.
I love our funny inside jokes that are made.
I love how we push each other to the max to improve.
My love for softball is unconditional.

Liked the poem,
the umpire says, "strike", he doesn't say it he yells it: "STRIKE!" (Maybe this is just because I watch only baseball, I'd only assume the umpire is even more enthusiastic. Anyway, good poem overall and again, I love a sport too.I share your enthusiasm but with soccer. This poem is very energetic and happy which is what poetry is all about! I love how you say "I love", it doesn't get repetitive, it actually builds the poem up as you continue reading. Only thing I would work on is the grammar (commas before dialogue mostly). On with the review...! 
Even though I do not really like softball (tried it for 2 years), I totally know where you are coming from with this. It's the same for me with Cross Country and Marching Band. This can go to anyone who plays a sport, or anyone who has a passion for something, really.
I think this is a bit long from your pattern before. Maybe just take out the part of the 'first batter', so you can just talk about the motivational speeches.
Also, I don't really know if it would be considered poetry, maybe more of an "other" work, like essay or something...If I were you, and I wanted to keep it poetry, I would try and keep the 'line length' consistent (and kind of short) so the reader can really get the feel of the repeating "I love".
Other than that, this was pretty good! Great job, and keep writing!
