HOPE

My life right now is like a boat on fast speed I'm letting go of the wheels cos God's taking the lead A dead end is all I see But he who holds the sea says I'm who I wanna be So i'm holding on for dear life When all I wanna do is dive I hear fear's whisper The soft caress of the tempter It says to give up You can never make it on top But his hands lifted me His grace paid the fee For my fears and cares His joy drowned my tears I can see the glimmer of light I'm staying in the fight Till he's done Till i'm gone I will always win!

I am confused. Why is there so much going on here? It seems like you have just scribbled and dear, this type of writing is not something to publish online. I agree, you can just scribble these types of short paragraphs in a journal or notebook you keep. It can make a good poem if you search for a rhyming scheme as well as make short stanzas. :)

Keep writing.

i didnt really enjoy ur stuff! coz it is in the form of cluster right now! every line is overlapping on each other! the idea behind this poem is good! but this poem gets more in demand when u put it in poetry format, not in short story format. i hope that u will understand wat i wanna say! one more thing elongate ur poem a bit pal! and covert it into stanzas, this is sounding like a para to me! not a poem!

or is this a single stanzaic poem!

keep writing mate!

Hi, this is Sally.
Wow, I could barely keep my breath! I like the content of your poem, it's very sweet. I don't fully understand why you've made this poem one big sentence, but it's all the more interesting! Keep going!

Hey! What a great runoff sentence! I'm not being sarcastic here! :D This paragraph form poem, is just one big sentence :p, but it's great poem nonetheless.
Now I won't go into the parts mentioning gods. Simp,y because religon is not something I live with or by.
Anyway, this poem's vocabulary is very well, interesting. You use words like glimmer and tempter, but then you use words, or as I like to call them, lazy words, along with them. Such as till, and cos.
Cheers! Dark. Fire Flower

Woah Woah Woah Hold On There,
This is not the format of writing a poem.
You need to divide your poem into stanza's,
The poem and all you have written is really great.
You need to keep up with the rhymes and schemes
Cause while reading the reader might loose its interest.
I Could not keep up with it.
Please Change.
KEEP GOING :D

Poems can be written like this. The one sentence format is a bit new, but it's a poem nonetheless. It doesn't have to be written like a traditional poem made up of equal stanzas and a rhyme scheme. A side note for you, rhymes and schemes are not two different things when in a poem. It's called a rhyme scheme for a reason.

apparently, my pc did the mix up. and .I didn't preview it...i'm surprised myself cos this appeared a whole lot different from what I actually posted...I agree it will make half a good poem if it was posted right..i'll make that correction but thanks anyway
