Fikita(Gemini) The Constellation.

A long time ago, before computers existed and people spent hours on their telephones a young small civilization ruled the world. They lived in caves, haunted animals for food, worked on the fields and looked at the stars. They were divided in three social categories: The emperors, the workers and the slaves. This civilization was called Initium Novum which means “a new beginning” in Latin.

The emperors would usually spend their time sleeping in their caves or laughing at the slaves. They were cruel and mean. They believed in no God and thought violence was the answer to all problems. They would have hundreds of wives and never cared for their children. There were six emperors in total who ruled the six colonies, the six emperors were Akati,Saki,Klori,Natz,Wertk and Matzi. All this emperors had a secret together-they were all brothers but decided not to tell the workers because they never believed in the love of family.

The workers were the hunters, the agricultures and the constructors. They would spend all their day working and if they were lucky they would actually get paid. The workers were tired of the emperor’s government. They were tired of working and never getting their profits. They had tried to start a rebellion but they never succeeded. And now to make their suffering worse a new law had been approve ,a law in which if you didn’t work you would become a slave or get killed.

But the funny thing about this civilization is that the slaves were actually the smartest of them all. The slaves where the astronomers, mathematicians, biologists and even priests. You might wonder why they were slaves. After the failed rebellion the emperors decided that these people were too smart and that they could get the workers to start a new rebellion. Besides they hated the fact that they were smarter than them and had different points of view. So to show the workers who had the power they made all this scientists and priest slaves. They threw them into cells with no food or water. They would get beaten up every day and were insulted daily. But the slaves were always strong they believed this all happened for one reason-a new beginning would soon come.

One cold chilly night an astronomer called Fiksu gazed at the starry sky from his window. He saw something rather strange, big white balls shinning in the sky. He thought to himself this were just stars but all of a sudden the sky turned red and millions of white lights came down. But this weren’t lights they were actually space ships. Millions of white, big space ships. Fiksu was shocked and then all the fire lamps went off. All the slaves became frightened and priest started to pray which made all of this scarier. Fiksu heard the cells doors open and then he saw them. They were green, majestic in size and had long red hair that reached the floor.

Fiksu had never dreamed of such beautiful creatures. All the slaves were astonished at the view of these creatures. There were hundreds of them inside the cells. Fiksu gathered all his courage and confronted the beautiful creatures.

“Who are you”-He asked.

“We are the uskomus. We’ve watched you all get beaten every day, we’ve seen innocent blood get spilled and we just can’t watch you suffer anymore. We’ve come to free you all from the emperors. You are worth much more than you all know. Hurry we must gather everyone we don’t have much time”-said the beautiful creature whose name was Arlita.

Arlita was the queen of the Uskomus. She had watched the Initum Novum for a long time and had fallen in love with Fiksu without even knowing him. She had gathered her army and was here to kill the emperors and bring peace to Initum Novum. The slaves gathered all the workers and together with the Uskomus they hurried to the Emperors cave. Once they got there the emperors became wide awake and said:

“What is this? Why have you all interrupted our precious sleep? Who are this green monsters?”

“You know, you sound as ignorant as you look. We are the Oskumus. We’ve watched you spill blood and spread fear to all these hard working people. Its time for your government to come to an end. Its your time to die”

“ Please,we beg for forgiveness. We’ll be better if you let us. We all deserve a second chance. We can learn to be better,we will learn.”

“No! your time has come”-Arlita grabbed her knife but Fiksu stopped her and said “Please wait, give them a second chance. I’m sure after all of this they will change. Don’t spill more blood, its not worth it. If I promise the emperors will change would you give them a second chance?”

“You’re a good man,Fiksu. Not many think they deserve second chances but you,you see the good in other people and that’s a very rare quality. I will accept your offer,I wont kill the emperors but I want you to come to my planet with me. I know it may sound selfish but that’s all I’m asking for”

Fiksu accepted and that day was the start of a new beginning for the Initum Novem. The emperors became compassionate, learned about family love, faith and created a peaceful environment for all the workers. Everyone had a right to have an opinion and democracy was established. From the skies Arlita and Fiksu watched the Initum Novem. They hold hands in the sky for a remainder that peace can always happen between people. Lets Pacem.

This was a good story, but I kept getting distracted by the paragraphs. They're really squished together, and there are some spots where you could separate one paragraph into two or three. Doing an extra space between paragraphs also makes it a lot easier to read.

The part where the alien people come is cool, but also kinda confusing. I think it would be better if you drew out when they come a little more, so it's not so fast. Also, maybe show more of how the slaves are feeling, (are they excited, surprised, scared, etc?)

I think it's a little unrealistic how mean the emperors are... and if there are just like six of them, wouldn't it be easy for them to rebel? Or are there soldiers that work for them? ..

This was an interesting story to read though! I liked it, keep it up!
