The midnight sky calls to me
I can feel the wind whispering my name
My bones are stiff with change.
The full moon sits in the midnight sky
Unaware of the pain it brings.
I let out a cry.
My spine jolts and twists into something new.
I’m running through the midnight woods.
Branches whipping my hide.
The wind crawls through my fur,
And the fog slithers around my feet.
I run till I find her.
My love in the midnight sky.

This is an excellent poem and i love it. This shows the basic emotion that all humans have and show that we all want to find that special someone. I love this poem because this is how i feel about the idea of trying to find that special someone. Please keep on writing this is a great poem.
thxs so much.
This was a really good poem!!!! You had some good imagery!! I love how you said
"I’m running through the midnight woods.
Branches whipping my hide.
The wind crawls through my fur,
And the fog slithers around my feet.
I run till I find her.
My love in the midnight sky."
I especially liked the ending sentences; "I run till I find her. My love in the midnight sky." I'm guessing it's the moon? And I'm assuming you are writing about a wolf or something because towards the end that's what it was sounding like. Anyway I loved the detail and it was amazing!
Awww. It's so sweet.
Hey Ali, Viv here. Nice poem, I kind of clicked on it because of the title. It sounds mysterious and romantic and that's it's allure.
The wording of the poem sounds like your telling a story between the lines about lost love and a journey to find it again. Oh and it's very detailed so it makes a clear picture in your mind.
Well by, 'bout to read "Not What You Expected". ;D
thankyou so much
It was an amazing poem Firstly!

Secondly, I love the title!
And to me I felt like I was in the poem like I was running in the woods and I could feel the wind!
Only a few poets can do that make you feel what they write.
I love the language you used and it is just an suggestion if you wrote this poem in a rhyming scheme it would have been better but it's according to you and I loved it.
Write a lot more!
LOIS
thxs so much. i didnt rhyme it because i hate and i mean hate rhyming poetry. but thxs for the insite
alilovessandy,
I really love the emotion in this. Your voice gives me this vivid image and it's just beautiful. I can picture everything you described quite well, so congratulations. I'm assuming this is a werewolf type of thing? Or some other creature?
Either way, it's fantastic.

thxs. it is a werewolf
Okay, first, this was really good. There was excellent imagry and emotion, and the entire thing flowed really well. There were a few gramatical errors but apart from that it was well written and laid out.
I must enquire, however, is this about a warewolf looking for the one they love? That is what I waas gathering from the entire thing. Apart from that, well done and keep writiting!
yes it is. can you fix the spelling and gramma tomorrow for me and u know i will always write.
Well, there is the chance you could completely loose your mind and turn into your brighter, slutty opposite.
This is really great! I love anything to do with werewolves
. You have great imagery with "slither" and "crawls", and I really like the like "My spine twists into something new." I feel like you could lose one 'midnight', it's repeated a lot the length of what it is. Keep up the good work! I know I could never write something short so clearly
thxs so much for the review. i will work at fixing that
