The every ticktock journey of a reader

PreviousNext

Hello reader, I see you have the time.

Take the book, read as time ticks away.

Try as you can to the grasp the story,

To grasp the magical words in it.

Create your own world of imaginations,

The characters' looks, their voices, their environment,

Take a journey with them in this unknown world

Laugh with them, smile, cry

And shock when an unexpected happens

So welcome and get comfortable

Remember to buckle up, please!

You never know how bumpy the road might be!

It's true what you've said in this poem. Your world of imaginations truly differs from others'. For example, never would I have imagined what Harry Potter and his friends would be in the film adaption if I hadn't watched the movie myself.
Hmm... maybe adding some examples would do / try to be more descriptive, for instance what would you expect/encounter when you're creating this imaginary world.

Hello!
I can't really find anything to correct grammatically here, so great job on that. The whole idea of this poem seems really interesting to me. We're all obvious writers/readers here, so I think we can all relate to this poem which is another great thing to have. Maybe adding a few adjectives will spice it up a bit? I can't really think of anything to correct here, so um, I'll just leave now >.<
Keep up the great work~

Thank you. Though, how do I use adjectives to spice up my work?
