Part 1

Moving

Allison was carrying box after box into the entry way of the old damp house. She could tell no one had lived there for quite a while. Once the last box was carried in she heard her mother.

This house is so gorgous. I can not believe Grandpa left it to me.” Her mother was saying. Allison turned to look at her mother. Amanda Reynolds had her blonde hair in a pony tail and was wearing old sweats that looked like they had been through a lot. This was quite a comparison to the suits she usually wore.

Yeah mom cause I always wanted to live in a decrepit old house.” Allison said with sarcastic joy. Her long blonde ponytail moving slightly with her act. She was wearing jeans and an old t-shirt. Her brother was in gym shorts and a t-shirt. He was the only person in the family who did not have blond hair. He had chestnut colored hair and eyes to match. Her mother sighed.

Allie I know you didn’t want to move, but at least be a good sport like your brother is.” She said.

Yeah Allie I was MVP of the football team for two years in a row. I'm not complaining.” Nick said. He was older then Allison, but she always put up a fight.

I personally think football is just a reason for guys to tackle each other and grab balls from each other without seeming gay.” Allison said getting right up in her elder brother’s face.

You two stop fighting now or you are both grounded. Now go upstairs and pick a room.” Their father said coming in from parking the car. Within the next twenty seconds they had their things and were running up the stairs. Allison found a room that had an old piano inside. Music was her thing while Nick had sports. While Nick chose a room as far away from everyone as possible. As Allie unpacked she felt someone watching her.

Hey mom.” She said as she put another t-shirt into the chest of drawers.

So you know it’s me.” Her mom said stepping inside.

Well duh.” Was all Allie said in reply.

Allie can you at least try to be reasonable.” Her mother pleaded.

Mom I am trying. It’s just I know absolutely no one here. I think I am going to finish unpacking tomorrow morning.” Allie said before grabbing a set of night clothes from the box.

Fine go ahead and rest.” Her mother said. Allie just rolled her eyes. After she was changed she crawled into bed and slept. In the middle of the night Allie woke up to piano music. She was confused. She was the only one in the family who played. She looked over to see a boy around her own age sitting on the piano bench. He was dressed like someone fresh out of a civil war era themed movie.

Mom.” Allison yelled. He had obviously broken in. The boy only turned his head and went back to playing. A few seconds later her mother ran in with a metal baseball bat her robe untied in the front in a tank top and sweatpants with her hair messy from sleep.

What is it?” Her mom asked.

Do you not see the weird guy at the piano?” Allison asked pointing to the piano. Her mother looked and started laughing.

You are the only one I see here.” Her mother said still amused.

Didn’t you hear the piano music?” Allison asked in shock.

No. Now go back to bed.” Her mother said leaving the room.

I am not lying.” Allison yelled after her. Then she turned toward the piano. “Who are you and why are you in my room.” She demanded. He turned to her shocked.

My name is Anthony and you are?” He asked standing up and bowing slightly. Allison was shocked to see he was transparent. She knew this had to be a hallucination.

Allison. You did not tell me why you are in my room.” She said slightly annoyed not believing she was talking to what was most likely a dream.

Pardon, but this is my room.” He said sounding as if he was speaking to a child.

No my mother inherited this house from my great grandfather.” She said.

I am sure you are mistaken.” He said, but before he could continue.

I can’t believe I am arguing with a dream.” She said.

You must be suffering from being outside in the heat.” He said. He touched her and his hand went through her. She stumbled back and hit her head on the bed. She was knock unconscious. When she woke up the ghost was beside her. “You took quite a nasty hit to your head.” He said worried. For the first time she really looked at him. He must not be a dream she could feel everything. He was handsome she supposed for a ghost. He had a square jaw and she wished she could see the color of his eyes and his hair color.

What happened?” She asked sitting up.

You fainted.” He said calmly.

I don’t faint.” She proetestd as she looked at her watch. It was around 6 o’clock. “I have to go. I have school.” She said jumping out of bed and grabbing a blouse and cami and a pair of jeans as well. She ran down the hallway to a small bathroom when she came back he was still there.

Your name was Anthony right?” She asked grabbing her backpack and cell phone and shoving her school supplies from a box into her purse.

Yes Anthony Heartwell. You did not tell me your last name.” He said.

Reynolds, and I have to go now.” She said running out of the room and down the stairs. She grabbed a pack of poptarts from the kitchen, then she ran outside and jumped into her brother’s jeep. When they go to school she headed straight to the library. She searched Anthony Heartwell and came up with a few news articles. They all said the same thing. He mysteriously fell from his balcony two days before his wedding. Suddenly she heard a voice beside her.

So you must be part of the family who just moved into the old Heartwell mansion.” She turned to see a girl with layered hair. With another girl with straightened hair beside her. They were looking at the monitor over her shoulder. “I’m Morgan and this is Sabrina.” The first girl said.

What’s up?” Sabrina said smiling.

How did you know my family had moved in there? My mom inherited it from her grandpa. He bought it at auction and was going to fix it up until he had a heart attack and died.” Allison explained.

Everyone knows the old story of Anthony Heartwell in this town. Have you seen him yet?” Morgan asked interested.

Yeah I saw him. He was in my room. He woke me up in the middle of the night playing the piano. I didn't think ghost talked though.” Allison said hesitantly, though she did want to know the story.

You have his room? He talked to you? What did he say?” Sabrina asked excitedly.

Sabrina here is just shocked because you are probably one of the few people who has ever seen him let alone talked to him.” Morgan explained amused. Then the girls barraged Allison with questions. Soon it was time for their first class. They made plans to meet up at lunch. In her first class she met a guy who was gorgeous. He had black hair cut short, he had muscles, and green eyes that amazed her. He looked a lot like how she thought the ghost must have looked when he was alive. Not counting the t-shirt and jeans. After school was over Allison told her new friends she had a headache and practically dragged her brother to the car so she could get home. As soon as she got to her room she was worrying what would happen if he wasn’t there.

Anthony are you here?” She asked.

I’m here.” He said from the balcony. He was sitting on an old chair looking out over the yard.

It is sad that you died.” She said befores she could stop herself while sitting down in the other chair.

What?” He asked confused. She just handed him the paper she had printed out. She was surprised to see that it did not fall to the ground. He fell silent and after he finished reading looked over at her. He had the same green eyes as the boy at school. They could have been twins except Anthony had blonde hair. He even had a tan. His skin had taken on a dull coloring while he was reading. Suddenly there was a knock at the door. Allison held a finger to her lips telling him to keep quiet as she went back into her room.

Come in.” She said staging herself to look like she was unpacking. Nick came in looking annoyed.

Where is my football?” He demanded.

Why would I have your football. I have more important things to do. Way more important then to think about then where to hide your stupid football.” She said growing annoyed. Her brother had the worst timing in the world.

You would steal it to make me angry.” He accused.

I am telling you for the last time. I do not have your stupid football. Now get out of my room.” She said. He just stood there. She picked up a book and threw it at him. “Now.” She said hitting him square in the chest.

Nice shot sis. You should join shot put.” Nick suggested.

How about fencing so I have something to stab you with.” She said. Nick rushed out to look for his football somewhere else. She went back out to the balcony. “Sorry about that. Nick is an idiot.” She laughed. She heard Anthony chuckle.

Where did you find this?” He asked holding up the paper.

At school the library had access to the library archives of all the old news papers.

Old? This article is dated next month.” He said sounding like he doubted her.

Well I guess your time seems different to you. What is the date for you?” She asked. She hesitated for a moment. “For me it is September of 2010.”

For me it is September of 1866” He told her.

Then the war just recently ended.” She commented. He nodded sadly. “What is it? You seem sad.”

I lost my older brother in the war. He was killed in battle.” He told her.

I am so sorry.” She told him.

It’s not your fault.” He told her. Then she felt something  touch her hand and looked down to see his hand holding hers. Only it felt different then any other hand that had held hers. She didn’t know how to describe it. It almost felt like when someone moves their fingers over your skin hovering just over it. Only far more powerful. After a moment she had to pull her hand away. She heard her mother yell from downstairs and when she glanced at the clock she noticed that two hours had gone by since she had gotten home.

"What do you want for dinner?" Her mom called up the stairs.

"I don't care. Anything is fine with me." She called not even taking her eyes off Anthony. Then she heard her mother's footsteps retreating down the stairs. Then she fell back into the chair opposite him. "So what are we going to do?" She asked.

"About what?" He asked sounding like he was coming out of a daze.

"The fact that you are living in my room." She said.

"I have no idea to be honest. I guess we will just have to put up with each other." He said with a smile.

Part 2

The truth starts to surface

Anthony didn't know what to think of this half ghost girl at first. She had to be the most stunning woman he had ever seen and she didn't even seem to notice it. He had known her for about a week and his life had finally gotten a little more exciting.

"Anthony guess what!" He heard her exclaim rushing into his room happily.

"What is it?" He asked coming back to reality from his thoughts.

"My history teacher assigned us to write a paper on something from local history and I am going to do mine on you." She exclaimed.

"Did I hear you correctly? You are going to write a paper about me?" He asked unsure.

"Yeah. Mr. Moore said it was alright. You don't mind do you?" She asked pulling her bottom lip in between her teeth anxiously. He didn't know that he could deny her anything. Especially when she looked at him like that.

"I don't mind." He managed to stammer out just before she rewarded him with a radiate smile and throwing her arms around him in an odd embrace.

"Thank you." She said before letting go. They just stood there for a moment just standing there looking at each other before she stammered someting out. "Morgan and Sabrina are coming over tonight so you need to make sure they don't see you." He hadn't had any intention of doing any such thing. Though he did intend to stay around as much as possible. She stepped away from him and walked over and lay down on the bed. He sat down on the end of the bed and decided to try to make conversation.

"So was it hard moving?" He asked.

"A little. The hardest part had to be leaving all my friends though." She admitted. "My closest friends threw me a going away party actually. My best friend cried. She didn't want me to leave. I miss them all. I feel so bad leaving them." She said. He could tell she was trying not to cry from missing everyone. "I remember on the last day of my old school they all suprised me at my locker with a present." Then she held up her wrist and he saw a silver chain with a charm hanging from it with something engraved on it. He took hold of her hand and turned over her hand to read the charm laying on her wrist.

"To our Allie, Remember us always. We will never forget you. Lots of love always. -Your dorks." He read outloud. He felt her pull her arm away and looked back at her to see her wiping away tears. "Come here." He urged pulling her into his arms. He ran a hand up and down her back trying to help her relax. He didn't know how long she had been in his arms when they heard footsteps coming up the stairs and she crawled out of his arms just as the door opened and two girls came into the room.

"Allie we're here." One of the girls said as the other let out a shreak. Allie ran across the room and covered the other girl's mouth with her hand.

"Sabrina be quiet what's wrong?" She asked.

"The ghost of Anthony Heartwell. He's sitting on your bed." The girl who was apparently named Sabrina stammered pointing at him.

"You can see him?" Allie asked sounding suprised. The other girl was now observing him.

"He looks like Joseph doesn't he?" The girl asked. "No wonder you are always looking at Joseph."

"Morgan shut up. He can hear you you know." Allie said blushing.

"I assume you are Sabrina and Morgan. Allison has mentioned you both." He said remembering his manners.

"Oh my god the ghost is talking to us!" The girl named Sabrina shreaked.

"Sabrina keep it down. You'll have Allie's mother coming up here any minute." Morgan ordered sternly.

*****

Allie couldn't believe what was happening. Sabrina and Morgan could both see Anthony and to make matters worse Sabrina was pracically having a panick attack. After about 5 minutes Anthony had left and she was relieved when the girls finally left. She came into her room hoping he would be back. He had left over 2 hours ago.

"Anthony where are you for the love of God?" She exclaimed just before she heard a voice behind her.

"Who is Anthony? Are you sneaking guys into the house now?" She heard Nick ask from behind her. She turned around and found him leaning against the door frame.

"What do you want Nick? I am not exactly in the mood to put up with your bullshit at the moment." She demanded.

"Oh nothing really. I just need for you to cover for me tonight so I can go out and hang with some buddies from school." He said.

"Why would I cover for you?" She asked. For Nick hanging out with some buddies usually meant getting drunk.

"Because if you don't I will tell mom and dad about your little boyfriend." He threatened.

"Nick don't you dare threaten me!" She practially yelled.

"Allie all I am asking for is for you to not tell mom and dad I went out. If you do I will keep my mouth shut about this Anthony guy. Whoever he is. Is that so much to ask?" He said.

"Fine I won't tell mom and dad, but if you speak a word about Anthony to anyone you will be grade A top choice dead meat." She replied.

"Who is this guy anyway that you care about him so much? I hope he isn't some loser. He doesn’t go to our school does he?" Nick said.

"Nick two things. Number one who he is is none of your damn business. Number two get out of my room before I change my mind and tell mom and dad about your plans." She said.

"You wouldn't. If you did I would have to tell about this Anthony guy." He said.

"Out!" She yelled pointing to the door. Nick must have decided to not push his luck because  he left without another word. She bellyflopped onto her bed her face landing in the pillows.

"Are you alright?" She suddenly heard Anthony ask beside her a few minutes later. She looked up and he was sitting right beside her.

"I was afraid the girls scared you off." She admitted. He laughed.

"Don't worry it takes more than that to scare me." He admitted. "I just needed to get away from all of the screaking."

"Yeah sorry about that. I didn't know they would be able to see you." She said sitting up.

"It's fine." He said with a smile. She really had to resist the urge to kiss him. He always looked so handsome to her especially when he smiled. They just laid there for a long time talking. It had to be about two or three AM when the door opened and Nick walked in.

"I'm home." He said before he noticed Anthony lying beside her.

"What the hell?" Nick asked.

"This is Anthony." Allison said waiting for her brother's reaction.

"OMG I am hallusinating. I must have drank to much." He said before walking out of the room. As soon as he left Allison and Anthony started laughing.

Part 3

Love is finally spoken

It was almost a week later when Alllie was stopped on the way out of school by the guy who looked like Anthony named Joseph.

"Hey you're Allie right?" He asked.

"Yeah I am." She said.

"I am Joseph. I have been wanting to meet you. Would you like to go out tonight?" He asked. She almost said no because she was in love with someone else, but then she came to her sinces. Anthony was a ghost why should she be lusting after a guy who wasn't even alive. Besides Joseph looked like Anthony.

"I'd like that. For now though I was going to walk over to the library to get some research for my history paper." She lied. She had finished the paper the week before after asking Anthony tons of questions about his life. She really just wanted to find more information about Anthony's death.

"Why don't you let me give you a ride." He suggested. She hesitated. "Come on now. I won't hurt you." He promised. She reluctantly agreed. The library was only a few blocks away after all. She went inside and did her research. She didn't find hardly anything and as soon as she was leaving Joseph showed up again and offered to drive her home. She agreed. When they pulled into the driveway his hand slid onto her thigh and leaned in towards her.

"What are you doing?" She asked pulling back.

"I was going to kiss you." He said before kissing her hard. When she felt his tounge trying to go into her mouth and his hand sliding up to her waist and going higher she pulled away and pushed his hand off her and tried to get out. He grabbed the strap of her backpack though.

"Did I do something wrong?" He asked.

"I have to go." She said without answering his question as she pulled her backpack from his grip and ran up into the house straight up into her room. Anthony was sitting on the bed reading when she ran in and flopped down on the bed beside him.

"How are you?" He asked just before he realized she was on the verge of crying. "What's wrong?" He asked concurned.

"Nothing." She lied refusing to look at him, but he gently flipped her over and made her look at him.

"It is not nothing. You are on the verge of crying. Now what happened?" He demanded.

"Some jerk just tried to feel me up." She said before she could stop herself.

"What?" He asked wanting to know more.

"Well his name is Joseph. He drove me to the library to do research and then when he was dropping me off he tried to shove his tounge in my mouth and feel me up." She explained. She wasn't expecting his reaction. He became absolutely furious.

"That bastard! I'll kill him for trying to force himself on you!" He vowed.

"Anthony calm down. It's not a big deal." She insisted.

"Allison you don't understand. I want to protect you from men like that. I love you." He admitted without realizing what he had said.

"You love me?" She asked shocked.

"I guess I let that slip out, but yes I love you." He admitted reluctantly.

"I love you too? I've been trying to deny it, but I do." She admitted right before she grabbed his face in her hands and kissed him. After a second he kissed her back gently and his hands entwined in her hair. It felt odd because he wasn't fully there, but it was the most fullfilling kiss she had ever had. When he pulled away they were both smiling.

*****

It was over a week later when Anthony was told that his fiancee was coming to visit. He had almost forgotten about the upcoming wedding with all the time he had been spending with Allison. When she arrived Anthony enduring greeting her and contemplated how he could get out of it. The whole arranged marriage seemed foolish now that he had met Allison. When he was with his father he cleared his throat before speaking.

"Father I want to call off the wedding." He said simply. His father looked up at him shocked.

"Are you mental Anthony? Angelina Lawson's family is one of the most respected families in all of the state. Think of what they could do to our reputation." His father pointed out.

"I assure you I am completely sane and to be frank father I don't give a hang about what the Lawson's say about me. I want to break off the engagement." Anthony insisted.

"But why? Why do you want to intentionally offend them." His father demanded.

"I do not want to offend anyone. I simply want to marry for love." He blurted out.

"How does love come in to all of this?" His father asked sounding confused.

"I guess I should just come out with it. I am in love with someone else." Anthony admitted reluctantly.

"For the love of God Anthony! You are 19 years old how do you even know what love is? Who even is this other girl?" His father asked.

"Her name is Allison Reynolds. I know that I love her and and she loves me. That I could never come anywhere near feeling the same way about Angelina that I do about Allison. It isn't fair to Angelina to marry her while I have such strong feelings for someone else." Anthony practically yelled back.

"Anthony I can not condone you break off this wedding."

"Well unfortunantlly I don't believe they perform weddings without the consent of both the bride and groom." Anthony pointed out before walking out. The wedding was only a few days away. What was he going to do? He walked up to his room to think and found Allison sitting out on the balcony asleep. He kissed her cheek and woke her up.

"Anthony you're back." She said as she rubbed her eyes.

"Yes I am. I was just speaking to my father." He said after sighing.

"Oh really?" She asked as she put a book on the table.

"Yes I told him I wanted to break off my engagement with Angelina." He told her.

"What is your fiancee like or what did she do that would make you want to leave her?" She asked sounding sad.

"There is nothing wrong with her. I just want to be with you." He admitted.

"You are so sweet!" She said.

"So what is the book?" He asked changing the topic.

"Oh this is something I found helping mom clean out the attic. It is the journal of someone named Mary Heartwell." She said.

"That's my sister." He informed her.

"Well I found something interesting. On the same date of the newspaper article she wrote about the incident, you know the one where you died, but one part really caught my attention. It says 'I refuse to believe Anthony fell off that balcony. I know it sounds crazy but I have my reasons. First, Anthony was never clumsy. It is not likely at all that he simply fell off. Also he was found lying face up. If he had been leaning over the balcony wouldn't he have landed face first? Something seems very wrong about all this.' What do you make of it?" She said as she finished reading.

"I don't know?" He said as what she had said sunk in. He watched as Allison gasped watching him.

"What's wrong?" He asked as she reached towards him.

"This is so weird. You look like you are all there, but I can't touch you like a person." She admitted.

Part 4

Forever?

Allison fell asleep in Anthony's arms. When she woke up the next day for school he wasn't there though. She got dressed and went through the day as usual. When she got home Anthony wasn't there so she started her homework. She must have fallen asleep because about an hour later she was woken up by someone kissing her neck and opened her eyes to find Anthony placing feather light kisses down her neck.

"I'm up. I'm up." She giggled. She rolled over under him so she was lying on her back on the bed under him. "How was your day?" She asked.

"It was alright. I missed you though." He said.

"I missed you too." She admitted wrapping her arms around his neck. Just as he was leaning down to kiss her the door came open and a girl came in looking furious. She looked like Anthony did when they had first met. She had blonde curls, pale skin, and wore an old dress that could have come out of a civil war era movie.

"Anthony Heartwell why did you call off our engagement? What does this other girl have that  I don't?" The girl demanded before she saw Allison lying beneath him. "Is this her?"

"Yes Angelina this is Allison. Now what else did you need?" Anthony asked obviously trying to be patient.

"Get her out of here we need to talk in private." The girl demanded.

"Angelina I really do not have the patience to deal with you right now." Anthony admitted.

"No! We are going to discuss this right now. Your little hussy can wait. We were supposed to be married tomorrow. Both our families will be ruined." The girl said obviously angry. She was stomping her feet. Allison stood up and climbed out of the bed.

"How dare you call me a hussy?" Allison said making the girl back away.

"Now calm down you two." Anthony said stepping between them. "Angelina come on we can talk out on the balcony." He said grabbing the girl's arm and pulling her onto the balcony. Allison watched them argue for awhile. Angelina kept shoving Anthony and he was getting close to the balcony rail. Suddenly she realized what was going to happen.

"Anthony she is going to push you off the balcony." She yelled just as Angelina gave Anthony's chest a hard shove. She ran as fast as she could, but could not reach him in tima and had to watch as he fell from the balcony. "I thought we said forever." She said almost crying. "You little bitch. You killed him." She exclaimed turing to Angelina.

"Why don't you go with him?" Angelina yelled as she pushed Allison over the edge and she fell. She let out a scream and tried to brace herself for hitting the ground, but blacked out before she could hit the grown.

*****

When Anthony opened his eyes he at first couldn't remember what had happened. Then it slowely came back to him. He sat up and saw Allison's body lying near to him.

"Allison are you alright?" He asked as he walked over to her. When she didn't reply he became worried. She was lying so still. Was she dead? No, he could see her stomach moving as she breathed. He pulled her onto his lap and lightly shook her. "Allison wake up." He said. She didn't respond.

*****

When Allison woke up she was lying in Anthony's arms. She could feel his arms pulling her closer as he muttered.

"Thank God you're alive!"

"What happened?" She asked confused.

"I don't know. I blacked out, and when I woke up you were lying there. At first I thought you were dead." He admitted before he kissed her.

"Wait a second. You're here? You're really here. I can actually kiss you and touch you. Just like I could anyone else." She exclaimed as her hands felt his face as if making sure she wasn't dreaming.

"Yes I can hardly believe it myself." He admitted.

"This better not be a dream." She said.

"It is one hell of a realistic dream if it is." He said. Suddenly a breeze blew up and Allison shivvered. She was only in jeans and a tank top. Anthony was still in his old fashioned clothes. "Let's get you inside." He said leading her inside. It was only about 8 o'clock so when they walked in they had to be very quiet.

"So is this the guy you've been sneaking into the house? What's with his clothes? Is he amish or something?" Nick asked from the stairs.

"Nick shut up. You don't know what you're talking about." Allison said.

"Don't worry little sis mom and dad went out while you were up in your room. Though I must admit I am suprised to see you coming in that way. I didn't see you come down." He said.

"Nick I am really not in the mood tonight. Why don't you make yourself usefull and let Anthony borrow some of your clothes." She said.

"Are you talking back to me." Nick asked shocked.

"Yes I am, now I am being serious. Stop being useless and get some clothes for Anthony."

"Fine!" Nick said storming into his room then coming down the stairs and shoving a pair of old jeans and a t-shirt at Anthony. "They may not fit." Nick warned right before Allison pulled Anthony into her room.

"Put those on. I want mom and dad to like you when they meet you. They might become suspicious if you are dressed in your normal clothes." She said motioning to the clothes that Anthony was holding. He told her to turn around. A few minutes later he spoke.

"The pants are just a tad to big." He said. When she turned around he had his suspenders on clipped to the jeans.

"No they are supposed to hang at your hips." She said with a laugh as she came over and took the suspenders off of him. Then she stepped back to look at him. Nick's clothes were a pretty good fit for him. They were close to the same size.

"These clothes are so different." He commented. She wrapped her arms around his neck before assuring him he looked fine.

"Mom and Dad are home. They are going to freak." Nick yelled in warning.

"Ready to meet my parents?" She asked.

"As ready as I'll ever be." He said before giving her a kiss. "I love you forever Allison Reynolds." He whispered.

"Forever sounds good to me. I love you too Anthony Hartwell." She said back.

Hey Ro!! I just want to say that this story was amazing. It was full of passion, love, and suspense. A couple of things I wanted to address though:
+ There were several spelling mistakes
+ There were also a couple of places where some of the proper nouns should have been capitalized
+ And at some points, it was difficult to follow the story.

Overall, I enjoyed reading it, and I hope there will be a part 2. Will they be getting married?

Actually I do have the sequel posted here on YWS. Here is the link dear.

Hey there!

So I think this could be really interesting. I'm having trouble following your storyline, though, and noticed a few grammar and spelling errors scattered throughout, so i'd just go back and re-read this. I think this is a bit rushed, and you should spread the events out to make it more interesting and easier to follow. My biggest issue was just how confusing some parts were. I thought she fell for Anthony too quickly, and the whole Sabrina and friend thing felt odd. Most wouldn't just start talking about ghosts to someone they just met. Overall, I'd elaborate more on everything. I will read the second part, though.

Thanks for the opinion dear. It defiantly needs work and I do want to add more to it. This is mainly to get the basic storyline down. I will likely go back and add in more scenes slowly later.

A classic is a book which people praise and don't read.
