Well, this poem is nice and short, easy to understand.
One thing, I'm pretty sure that you repeated twice on the first line is a typo? if not, sorry. If it's on purpose though, I suggest changing it then, too, cause that wouldn't really work.
Also, this line-

I think it would be better with only one comma, like this
You too live, ...
Now, I love the alliteration. You do that really well. Overall, this is quite good, I like the simplicity and ease of style. Keep it up!
