Despite the appearance of this poem and how simple it may look, the content is a best friend promising their loyalty/secrecy to their best friend. I, too have been at loss for titles so I speak the first thing that comes to mind and it becomes my title! I love the rhyme scheme and this poemis very cute and catchy. Keep at it, I really like how you write.
This is an amazing poem. It has a good rhythm and rhyme. I don't think that there is anything I would change. Although I would like to know it's actual title.
