There are some moments that make u forget the tough times and all you have to do is to make sure that u make a lot of those moments irrespective of all the chaos happening around you.

Find happiness in having a perfect sleep.

Find happiness in having a hearty meal.

Find happiness in having a smile on your face when you think of someone special.

Find happiness in having a crush on someone.

Find happiness in having true friends.

Find happiness in sacrificing things.

Find happiness in having a share of chocolate from your bestie.

Find happiness in gazing at stars and thinking of someone.

Find happiness in having a caring friend.

Find happiness in loneliness at times.

Find happiness in what you choose.

Find happiness in things that you deserve.

Find happiness in you.

It is certainly a choice.

It is a choice, happiness is a choice.

This is a nice thought, and I like the things you tell people to find happiness in. To some extent, I agree that it is a choice - for example, when getting over a bad breakup, you can wallow in sadness for a year, or you can throw yourself into your other passions and work to get over the person in question.

However, the whole essay saying, "Happiness is a choice and that's that" discounts mental health issues like depression and anxiety. People with depression don't have a choice. And you can go on and on telling them, "Happiness is a choice! Just be happy!" but it won't make a difference. In fact, it can harm them. It can make them feel worse, because they feel guilty for being sad all the time (even though it's not their fault) and they feel like they should just be able to choose to be happy, but they can't.

So if you want to write an essay about happiness, that's fine. But maybe you should try painting it more clearly as a solution for people trying to rise above an everyday funk, or - even better, in my opinion - people who think the next promotion/raise/new car/whatever will make them happy. And/or address mental health issues as well

Just try to be aware of the fact that sometimes it's a neural problem, not something that really is a matter of choice.

Hi Niteesh, here's a quick review for this.

Everyone wants to be happy, yet joy is elusive for most people. One reason is that people tend to expect their happiness to come from big things, like a promotion at work or a sizzling new romance. To have a truly happy, peaceful existence, however, it is necessary to find happiness in little things. Life is made up of little things, so enjoying them for all their worth is bound to make for a more pleasant life.

I agree with you as you say that happiness is a choice and it is because if you can search for happiness and each and every little thing in your life, you're going to be happy. If you don't, you're not. So, you have listed all the things that you can find happiness in.
It's a wonderful piece of writing.

But I think, if you worked on the structure a little bit more, it would have been nice. Otherwise, it's good.

Thank you. Keep writing and good luck for your future.

Hello there, @Niteesh! Forgive me if I am incorrect on any of the points I make; I don't usually review articles.

There are some moments that make u forget the tough times and all you have to do is to make sure that u make a lot of those moments irrespective of all the chaos happening around you.

I'd fix all of the "u"(s) and rewrite them as "you". You want to make sure your words are correctly written, even if they are common ones such as "you" or "the", etc. That doesn't mean it has to be a formal article or anything, just be aware of how you spell words.
Find happiness in loneliness at times.

Hm, I would change this to something that makes more sense: Find happiness in lonely times.
Find happiness in having a share of chocolate from your bestie.

Change "bestie" to "best friend" or "friend". I see how you may want to carry out this sentence and emphasize your writing with "bestie", but try to refrain from doing so. It isn't grammatically correct.
It is a choice, happiness is a choice.

I see what you're trying to do here. But maybe rephrase this sentence to something like: It is a choice, happiness is. Saying "choice" multiple times in that one, short sentence sounds repetitive and unnecessary.

I noticed how you continuously mentioned thinking about someone. I see how this may be an important aspect of happiness and the theme of this piece, but rephrasing it slightly differently numerous times in one piece is a little much. I would cut out some of the lines in which mentions thinking of someone. Then focus on one and stretch out the idea. Write out and describe how or what it feels like to be happy at this time.
Though I know better than to judge a literary work on its length, I'd definitely enjoy seeing more of this one piece. You could emphasize your writing much more with more descriptions and ideas you have.
Interesting way you have ended this! I finished it feeling satisfied, but I know this piece alone holds more on the inside. I encourage you to keep writing about this, expand on the idea. But overall, I actually really admire this concept! The message you carry out in the end is very meaningful and I can see the effort you convey into this. Thank you for sharing your writing with everyone, I enjoyed reading and reviewing this. :D

Hopefully this helped you in some way. >.>

Review, beware I am brutally honest.

I enjoy this, I relate a lot becuase I try to remind myself constantly that happiness is a choice- and it is! Well done, nicely written I have a few comments to share.

Beggining line, well structured, but altogether don't use the letter "I" in place of the word "you". If you want it to look professional you'll want to change that. The first line in general is not my favorite, I can't quite put my finger on why. It seems a little confusing.

I don't like the use of the word irrespective- it's too long and not used fragrantly enough. It's going to stop your readers, and make them read it twice before they understand what it means.

This was very nicely written, and I love the concept, and the main ideas.

I really love this, and hope you are encouraged by your amazing work! Keep up the great work!

The most difficult thing in the world is to know how to do a thing and to watch somebody else doing it wrong, without comment.
