I closed my eyes.
Breathed in with a sigh.
Out with the gray and in with the blue.
At last, I’m here with you.
ºººº
Found peace near your powerful waters.
Sometimes, I feel like I’m the ocean’s daughter.
Listening inventively to those crashing waves.
All my demons now returned to their graves.
ºººº
I stand on a rock, with my arms stretched wide.
Letting the sea breeze blow away all my pain aside.
Even though, to the world, I’ll feel like an outcast.
At least I can come to you and feel like I’m home at last.

Hello, It is me again. I am going to make a review out of this if I can.
First off, I want to say that i love the following lines the most....
They stand out to me, because sometimes water, or music helps me to calm down, and i just vision a person standing by an ocean.
I honestly didnt see much wrong with it, but I love it so much!!!
IT was wonderful.
I wish i could write more.
Keep writing,
~B E L L
Thank you for the review. I find the water relaxing too!!!!!
"Sometimes, I feel like I’m the ocean’s daughter."
"Letting the sea breeze blow away all my pain aside."
Those are my favorite lines. They fill my mind with so many vivid. images. I love it all though. I can almost smell the water when I am reading it.
I have always liked the ocean/water. It leaves me with a sense of cleansing. It makes sense you would think of it as home. The salty air and the slight breeze. It is refreshing.
Oh my gosh!!!! IKR?!?!
Hello Morgan.

Hope you're doing well today or tonight, depending on what side of the world you're on. I'm here to give you a 'review'.
This is a great poem! I love the description of... everything! The words you used were just perfect and so was the length of the poem. I really like this part:
I can't seem to make the last three words italics. But, the way you made the last three words italics and the last three words the title of the poem was a great idea. I am very impressed, Morgan. Good job! I can't wait to see more of your poems, this one was great!
Keep on writing!

Oh thank you..I%u2019m in the USA btw
Oh, okay, so its day. Am I right? I'm in the same world you're in, BTW.
Correct!!!! And Hello from California!!!
Hello, FlamingPhoenix here to have a little talk bout you poem on this lovely day.
Okay. So as I began to read this poem I feel into the flow right away. Your words were like water flowing into each other, and making it such a good smooth read. I think you riming some of the words together was really good, I thought that was one of the best parts.
I think your poem was a really good length.
I also like it that you didn't really tell us where this person is, it was like you left that to us to imagine. I think your description was good in the poem, even if it was a little. I kind of made thing easier for me to make a background while with person was telling us how they feel.
I also think by the way you made this poem, and the words you chose, I think you made it really emotional, and that's what made you poem even better.
The line I liked the most out of the whole poem was this one.
I thought this was just really sweet and a great ending to a poem.
Well that's it for me today. I'm glad I could get the time to review and read your work for you. I hope I will see more of your works out on YWS soon, I really loved reading this. Never stop writing and have a great day/night.
