We're two different kind

In Poetry

We're two different kind
I knew it
Screams inside of me
I denied them
I can't help it
It was hopless
Hopless my wishes were
for you to understand
Every parts of me
The world I live in
and what I see
The air I breath in
and how I feel
The fears that haunt me
and every single tear
that flows on my cheek
I was naive to think
You'll be the one
showing me a different world
with a rosy sky
and blooming clouds
transporting me far away
into new seas
where birds fly high
and despair perishes
Where reality will be better
than bloody dreams.
I dared to hold into
overflowing emotions
I dared to touch
the love you gave me
and now I'm here
standing in front of pieces
residus of memories
in the palm of my hand
I grasp and hold them dear
against my soul,
innocent feelings,
which will soon fleet
and die as I
see your face for the last time
It's not your fault,
It's mine,
I can't help it,
I couldn't stop dreaming
I couldn't stop thinking
I couldnt stop hoping
for you to see through me,
like an open book
I wished you could read
between the lines,
and tell me you loved me,
that you'd accept
my insecurity and flaws
You will probably never read that,
because you haven't opened your eyes yet,
on my world, on me.
You'll see my smile
because love is not about me
It's about You and I
I wanna believe it wasnt a mistake
For now I'll close my eyes again,
Where my nightmares will surely and slowly catch me again.
Out of your reach,
I'm drowning into doubts,
I need you,
I need to hear your voice,
I need your comfort,
It's too late,
I know it,
I'll never find peace
in your world I wished to be.

Hey
this is a really sweet poem.
there's a few spelling erros like *whishes* should be wishes.
but other than some minor gramatical problems, it's very well written and i enjoyed it.
Keep up the great work!

Thank you very much ! :)

I hate television. I hate it as much as peanuts. But I can't stop eating peanuts.
